The green maned lion lowered his head to the ground. "Go ahead and leave then..." He muttered slightly. He put a large paw over his muzzle and waited to be left alone. He'd find a pride. Somehow...
All he had to do was wait and everything would be perfect. As the lion had mentioned being tired, he was. He started to drift off into his fantasies of what the pride would be like.

Muujiza blinked in surprise. She hadn't quite expected his reaction. She stared for a moment, wondering what had triggered the small outburst. Had she said anything? She couldn't have... She stood and then turned. "Fine, I will," She said shortly. "Have a good sleep then." She added, more out of courtesy than anything. The vultures would be here soon anyway. He wouldn't get much peace.
But she would still remember him, that green-maned lion name Nyack. "Never give up, huh..."

He opened an eye to watch her leave, sadness creeping into it. They had only just met but he had taken a small liking to the female. He green fur seemed to meld into the grass with its splashes of color. "I'm sorry..." He whispered after the reprimanding tone of her voice hit his ears.
He sighed and let his body relax completely into the ground. He felt... heavy and like he'd done something really stupid. Did he need a pride? He shrugged it off and batted at a pair of flies near his muzzle. He'd see.
