Macy's ears flicked reflexively when he thoguht he heard something and he cocked his head to the side, his gaze sliding from left to right in an attempt to look unconcerned. If it was Jareth he was going to ignore him and if it was Leoven he'd drown him in the pond just to be spiteful, but the sound that reached his ears wasn't Leoven's insults nor was it Jareth's angry voice, it was a jovial voice he had sorely missed.
"Caspian! what in the hell are you doing here?!" Macy asked in a startled voice, his eyes wide in surprise and a little hint of happiness. Finally, someone he could be comfortable around without having it backfire in his face. Caspian was Macy's good friend.
His ears flattened backwards in warning and his eyes turned cold as he looked at Caspian challengingly after the question of why he was outside arose. "you aren't going to drag me back inside are you? or tell Jareth I was out? I just wanted to tease him a bit" he muttered.

Caspian chuckled, "Well, I dont think I'll be dragging you anywhere just now.." He smiled "Believe you me I am simply delighted to see you again...But I would really Would appriciate it if you would help me find my way through that infernal labrynth labyrinth labarinth maze (I dont get influenced by Sho calls honestly) as losing ones foot down an oubliette is really not my idea of fun.. and pleased dont get me started on the wildlife.." he shuddered slightly, thanks to his errant relative he had had one too many close calls within the twisting walls. He leant down properly again, curling his arms Macy's shoulders from behind. "I missed you though.. and it would be time well spent if I could make the trip with you.."

Macy relaxed a bit, and smiled happily. He stood and dusted off his shorts and boot covers, as the exterior was a very dusty and gritty place to retreat to.
"sure, the oubliette is easy to avoid, just don't let any eye-chan be on the wall behind you" he said, smiling as he felt Caspian's arms go around his shoulders. He was entirely uncertain about Caspian, he hadn't heard from him for a time and now here he was proclaiming his affection and need for Macy's presence.
His ears flattened as he looked at the murky water, he'd talk to Jareth tonight, bugging him in the early hours always put a smile on his face. and a frown on Jareth's.

"Thanks, I dont know.. I never mastered teh place even if I did spend wnough time here when I was younger.. I guess elves weren't made to manage mazes.." He shrugged slightly, stepping away from Macy again. "Besides, I'm sure the Goblin king will be sufficiantly displeased to see me, that has to make the trip worthwhile, wouldnt you say?" he let his eyes rest on the Unigon. He liked him, there was no doubt about that, Macy was one of the most exquisite beauties Caspian had ever seen, and besides the way he looked he was pleasent to be around, Caspian found him fun, and just genuinely likable.. But.. that was where a problem was genuinely posed. It was all well and good him planning to run off with Macy, all well and good him finding affection for him in his pirate heart, but.. Jareth was a serious problem. Caspian survived with his stealth and general annonimity. If he wanted to be unknown in a place he could be, a different naem, he didnt look like a pirate if he changed his clothes and removed the eyepatch, both his eyes were perfectly fine if he was honest... but Jareth knew him well, and could find him easilly, and probably prove severly dangerous to him if he was truely anegered.. and though it didnt worry him so much for his own wellbeing.. but he wouldnt want to put Macy at any risk.. drag him into their legnthy fued. Plus Caspian knew he was fickle, and he wasnt entirely sure Macy would want to give up his life for a life wandering the sea, any more than Caspian could give up the waves for a house.. It was a bit of a problem really...

Macy smiled at Caspian, hiding his doubts behind one of his usual cheeky grins. He stepped away from the pond, his fever had broken days ago and Jareth had brought him back to the Labyrinth and Macy still wore the locket with his parents pictures in it. He clasped a hand around it, for comfort and strength. "yeah, sounds like fun Cas, he'd love to see you and considering i'm at war with Lord Leoven...he's in a super mood"
"you just need to spend a few days in it, i've been exploring the Labyrinth since I was about six, so there's a few years of running around it under my belt" he commented, walking over to the plant-covered gates and pushed them open. He stepped into the Labyrinth, making sure Caspian was with him.
"c'mon let's get started, we can get there before nightfall....though i'm probably in for an ear-bashing....I went back on a stupid promise to Jareth..." Macy said, he felt increasingly like Jareth's pet and his heart longed for adventure of any kind. He loved exploring and finding things, he also loved the thrill of hiding and spying.

Caspian stepped after the Unigon and chuckled at him. "At war you say?" He paused "Isnt Leoven that pale Unseele fellow?" He quirked an eyerbow "He seemed so timid and polite when I met him Macy, how on earth did you get on the wrong side of him?" he smiled at the pretty Unigon "I've spent a fair time wandering around it, I just tended to wander in the wrong places it seems.. Much to Jareths dissappointment I always managed to avoid the bog though.. with that delightful aroma its always hard to miss.." he reached out a hadn and grabbed a hold of Macy's for a moment, "I wasnt lying when I said I missed you y'know.." he said seriously. "And I'm truely sorry I was gone so long.. I was in hot water for a little while.. and it was flee of fail I'm afraid.. and i dont think my neck would look too good stretched by a noose.." he was a pirate after all, and a real one at that, it wasnt just an affected title he added to his name, Caspian Aurelius really was the King of the Pirates. "I came back as quick as I could.."

"well he asked me if I was a pet or a hussy, because I didn't appreciate his conversation and told him so, even after I went out of my way to guide him to his room safely he was still a complete pig about it" Macy answered, one hand on his hip as he looked for that gap in the wall that went directly to the Goblin City.
"well people tend to go the opposite way then what they think is the right was, as they don't trust their instincts and trust that worm-fellow" Macy answered, and started slightly when he felt Caspian take his hand. He went a pretty shade of red and was unsure of what to do, but he curled his fingers to hold Caspian's hand in return.
"it's fine, I got sick from that time at the beach when you were away and I learned about my parents...." his ears flattened some "...they both are truly dead.." he said, a sad tone edging his voice as he clasped his locket again.
He shook the sadness away and led Caspian the right way, they walked for what seemed like forever until they came to a set of doors. One on the right and one on the left. Macy opened the left one from the right side and a set of steps lay behind it. He descended and came to the water-floored passage he had come along earlier, making sure Caspian's hand was still in his, he walked along until he came to the ladder and started climbing, letting Caspian's hand go so he could climb properly.
"c'mon the castle corridor is up here, this is part of the catacombs that connect to the Oubliettes" he said, pushing the hole cover aside and climbing up into the corridor.

Caspian felt a massive pang of sympathy for the Unigon, and had tightened his hand around Macy's at the news... What an awful thing to have heared.. He followed the other male through the labrynth, trusting him easilly.. he wanted to hug him.. or somthing.. but that felt like a pittiful gesture now, he'd not been there when he would have actually have been useful.. he haddnt been there to make sure Macy was okay, to look after himmaybe? He felt awful for that.. He did want to look after the beautiful Unigon, and not a single day had passed when his thoughts had failed to slip back to him, even if it was just for a few moments while he'd been back at sea. Caspian followed Macy up the ladder, the view cirtainly couldnt be complained about.. and when he reached the top he made sure to take the others hand again, just to squeeze it breifly before letting it fall again, the other one lifted up to brush lightly calloused fingers over Macy's cheek. "Are you okay Macy...?" he askedhim quietly before they went on any further. He had to check..

Macy was wringing out his boot-covers when Caspian came up the ladder and into the corridor, he stood up, intending to continue when Caspian's grabbing of his hand stopped him. The Unigon turned just as Caspian let his hand go, and blinked when Caspian's other hand brushed against his cheek.
"i'm fine really, Jareth was okay about the whole thing...and I ran away again to sort my thoughts out...though I was still ill and could have been ambushed or something...but i'm fine now...it's not like I knew my parents well anyway" Macy answered, looking at Caspian, he put a small smile on and looked around. Spying a Goblin watching them from the shadows.
"ugh..." he whispered, resisting the urge to kick it. He enjoyed kicking them, because he disliked them and they were awfully good at venting anger upon. "c'mon let's go let daddy know you're here" Macy said sarcastically, smiling amusedly at Caspian as he led him into the main corridors and down towards the throne room.

Caspian nodded. He wasnt convinced, not really at all. he couldnt wait till his ship circled around to meet him by the port of the underground. He didnt want to leave, no not at all, he had a gift for macy instead.. The time he had spent at sea had not been entirely sober it had to be admitted.. and he had the most unusual treasure hunting tendancies when under the influence of Alchohol.. "I hate that Man." caspian said ina friendly tone as he followed Macy, but it was right to let Jareth know he was here.. even if part of him still planned to just snatch macy away.. he could always return him.. If Macy wanted to be taken back.. but he needed his ship first...

Macy stopped outside the throne-room doors, he really needed to talk to Jareth about Caspian and thus he turned to the Pirate King. He would talk to Jareth now, just so he could cheer up a little.
"wait here, it's best I go in first so he doesn't die of shock straight away" he said and slipped into the throne-room without waiting for a reply. He stood with his back to the door before he walked over and seated himself in the pit.
"Jareth.....can I talk to you?" he asked, rather timidly. An approach not ever taken by the strong-willed Unigon.

Jareth looked up slightly from the document he had been writing and quirked an eyebrow.
"I hope it's an apology for that little disappearing act you pulled today." he said, although there was no real anger in his voice, these sorts of things just happened too often for him to really worry anymore, plus he could sense it when Macy had ventured beyong the Labyrinth's walls, the building just took on a different atmosphere, as if it were sentient and trying to tell him something.

Macy rolled his eyes and gave an 'are-you-serious?' look. "ha, you wish.." he muttered, before he realised what it was he was going to say wasn't really good to be brought up in an argument. He shifted a little uneasily before just blurting it out.
"Jareth is it safe to take Caspian seriously when he says he's romanctically interested?" he asked, looking rather curiously at his guardian. "because he said he likes me....and hes kissed me already but Hyde said I should be careful because his interests aren't firm and now i'm confused about it"

((Jareth - Er....EW! xp ))
The Goblin King looked a little disgusted but tried to remain composed at the thought of his estranged relative.
"Macy," he said quietly "I'm afraid you'll have to realise that Caspian is a shameless flirt and ninety nine percent of the time you should just ignore him." he sighed and paused for a bit, it really killed him to actually help his cousin/inlaw/whatever in anything, let alone his love-life. "But I've never seen the way he was with you at the ball, so maybe he just needs to be shown where his priorities lie."

Macy blinked, looking utterly confused.
"he's outside the door so you can tell him yourself, I helped him find his way through the Labyrinth" he answered tartily, a bit annoyed Jareth hadn't really given him an answer that was more...well....firm. It was like he was encouraging him and discouraging him at the same time.
