I live in England and buy the manga from our local [anime] bookstore.
It is called Blackwells and they sell all sorts of things: anime and manga included.
And for the anime: I look on youtube and on Veoh :3

I have gotten the manga from Barnes and Noble but I've seen almost the whole series on a site online a friend told me. The anime I've gotten from my download program so I have the whole series on my computer.

I used to live in Brick where Barnes and Noble was my life. But then we moved out to the middle of nowhere, 45 minutes away, and the bookstore here is Borders. I get all the current manga out in the US from both stores.
But I also read the scanlations on the internet. There's a yahoo group that updates with new chapters regularly. 3nodding

In my country manga isn't released so I read scanlations. But I bought anime because in my country the first series and the movie were released.
