SoudaiSatsujin I plan on having more then one guitar in my future, but I'll be stuck with this for a long arz time. lol Guess Id stick with the fretboard, But eh guess that don't really matter. but yeah Id just like the finish to be redone and new humbuckers. You've played this guitar? lol Wow no one I know even knows this brand. lol They make better amps I'm sertain about that. what gauges do you reccomend for a guy that loves to play hammer ons and bends? I was looking today and found some great strings everyone rated thena nine out of ten or better. So I'm probably going to go with those/ Yeah I've played it.. it was at my local shop, i believe the guy who owns the store bought the pack then separated the guitar and amp, cuz I bought the amp (it's Behringer's basic amp - GM10 cool . They make some great solid state amps for cheap. You can get a 2x60w solid state with 2-3 channels, lots of effects, amp models, cab models, etc. for about $250.

Local shop doesn't have the best prices, but they're damn sure better than most places that arent online.

lol. ^_^ I see I got the hole ting for 150 plus shipping so other wise it'd been 110 in person. I got some new strings today. Yeah. ^_^ I got osme boomers and they are the best strings I've ever used. I was surprised in how easy it was to press the strings down. lol
What do you tink is the cheapiest you can make a guitar for? lol not including the neck, because I'm so crazy I'll just use the neck from my guitar over here. lmao

What type of guitar would you like? I mean, to really cut costs, I could use the tremelo from the Behringer. So think $40 for the body wood, say $60 a piece for some nice new humbuckers, plus say $20 for the knobs, pots, switch... I'm really too tired to add up everything right now.. but I'd say a VERY rough estimate is $200 for everything... much less if i can get deals on the pickups.. it also depends on what kindof guitar you would want. Again all this stuff is way in the future, so you'd have plenty of time to decide and stuff before i begin setting up to take commisions. I want to get a couple of my own guitars out of the way to get into it, then I'll start modding and building for others. And hey, if we DO do something like this, and you use your Behringer neck, I'd be willing to cut back on Labor fees a little if you'd trade me some of the parts from the Behringer (mainly the body!)

There are plenty of sites that specialize in amp parts and such..

So Ash, how much would you charge for a hardtail Tele?
Curious, but I wouldn't be able to fit it into my budget until next December or so. I'd just like to know. xp

Wouldn't be fore a few years anyhow, I've got to get past my first hundred guitars or so first wink but your looking at at least $500-$600 for the supplies. You wouldn't want to pay that much for a guitar I made untill I've proven I can do something good wink You'll all know how good I am at woodworking pretty soon - I'll be adding a maple top to that teisco, which will entail bevelling the edges and adding some cutaway carves.

I would just like to bring to everyone's attention that I am looking for an interested buyer for my violin. I need to raise money for my new guitar. I can't let go of any of my other guitars. The only other two guitars I have are irreplacable. I have an old epiphone accoustic which holds sentimental value and a danelectro that isn't made any more. I hate having to sell instruments.
