Dukes Lady Rai Dukes, not all of us were standing by and watching as this took place. And, just so you know, it's not a crime to stand by and watch something be committed. My dad's a lawyer, I just asked him.
I wasn't sitting in front of my computer screen, watching all this drama unfold. I have a life to attend to. Like watching badly voiced anime. I'm barely in the guild anymore. I don't feel as though it was my moral obligation to use my nonexistant ESP to come in here and flame everyone for flaming people.
It's my moral obligation to not make things worse. To not flame people who are flaming.  First off, what kind of lawyer is your dad? It matters.
Secondly, I said guilty for keeping silent about it. It's true, there's nothing wrong with witnessing something and testifying about it. But keeping quiet falls under Obstruction of Justice, which is a law. But some of thouse who you are aqusing for not helping did not witness the crime at all.
They wernt in the guild.
Or they were sleeping like I wad. How does this make them guilty??

It's true; that could be. It depends on the circumstances. But, standing by and watching as someone yells at someone and not saying anything is not against the law.

It seems like EVERY post that is made causes more trouble. When I came back this morning I was in shock, I couldn't believe it had gotten that bad. I had only been in DeGei's thread at 11ish, and I thought everything would be fine later. I feel incredibly bad for Meru and Nymphie right now, and I hope they decide to overlook what a bunch of angry people did and come back to the game next round. <3 That's all I'll say on the subject, since Zaeyde requested no more discussion. I just want everything to be better. :/

I'm glad to see zae but i am ashamed that we've had to have her come back and treat us all like 5 year olds. why should she have to make up rules like those? I think we all need to look at those rules and then look at ourselves. Zae is our friend she isn't our mommy we shouldn't have to be slapped on the wrist to learn to behave like civil people.
I love zae and i'm glad she did come back. I am sorry to hear her life has gotten worse and i'm sorry that she now has to come back and baby all of us. Everyone is at fault. No one stopped the drama, no one wanted to accept the vc's no one was justhappy with being NICE and making the guild a happy place again. So i do believe that we are all to blame no one is excluded. Sorry.
/rant. I love you all but why bicker over whose fault it was. There is distance in the guild, its everyone's problem 3nodding

It's true; that could be. It depends on the circumstances. But, standing by and watching as someone yells at someone and not saying anything is not against the law.Yeah well this is a bit different from IRL cause we don't have the ability to murder eachother.
There is however something else you're overlooking. They were effectively abused in the only way a person can be abused over the internet, verbally. They were told they were s**t, that what they were trying to do to help out was wrong, no matter what they did. It went on for MONTHS and people just ignored it.

Guys, can we keep the arguing/"discussion" about what's happened out of this thread. There are already plenty of other threads to continue that in if it must be brought up again and again.

As for the Caps, it's called SHOUTING. Cause you PISSED ME OFF by making an apparently ignorant comment, and now you have me wondering why the hell you said it at all if you read the thread. So, yeah, shouting may be rude, but you just pissed me off, congratz!
