When I have a child Im dressing it in lolita...I hope I have twins, that way I could dress them in matching outfits xd

I want twins as well. whee so cute!
I feel a little selfish though.. sad
Because it might not be what the child wants?

Alot of people saw this vid and all agreed that it's ok to dress your child in Lolita. So I say go for it! 4laugh

I enjoy the EGL style a lot,
but I'm too tall to pull it off cutely,
so it has kind of become my mission to learn how to sew
so that I can sew up pretty dresses for my daughter.
My fiance and I argue about it a bit,
but overall,
as long as I don't dress our son in kadona
(I think thats the right term, correct me if I'm wrong),
he's okay with it too.

I don't know.
Am I strange for wanting to dress my daughter like this?

( These are some of the dresses I'm learning to sew now: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 )
The "A" says..

I don't mean to make anyone mad, but if the kid doesn't want to, you definately shouldn't make them. Unless they're under 5, then they are too cute and you must. >_> <_< >_>

The "A" has spoken.

Yes, true. But, for me, it's if they're under 6. The only concern I would have is how heartbreaking it would be for me if I dressed them Lolita for too long and they grew out of it to switch to Ganguro or something.

I'd be supportive.......sorta.....what am I saying?! I'd DIE if I had a couple of twins prancing around with bad tans and ugly makeup! I can deal with the Para-Para, sticker books, and large group of girls but when it comes down to it, Ganguro often ends up looking tacky.

I would rather have that then, cheerleadering stuck up girls that are always on there back...That makes me cared to be a mother...I really hope my children take up after me...

True. True. Oh, gawd! I'm scared my kids are going to take up after me! That's too much pockey-happy-sugar-hyped-cuteness in one household! It'd be chaotic! *Laughs* I can just imagine us hopping around to Ayabie songs and drooling over pictures of miscellaneous Jrockers...Of course, by then, all the bands I love will be considered "old people music". Rides in the car are gonna suck: {{Me-"ZOMG! I love this song!" (*sings along to "Shikosahoko"*) Twins-"MOM!!!! You're so emberrassing!" Me-"Oh, hush! Ayabie rocks!" Twins-"Eeeeww! They're so old! God, Mom! Get with the times!"}}
