Dysis thought about it for a moment and then nodded. "Sounds fair. Tag it is. When ever the other tags you, you're it have have to chse the other...which is me. We do this till I guess till we get bored." The colt paused before rearign slightly. "Not it!" he exclaimed, meaning Lucius was it and bolted into the forest with a laugh.

Ah-ha, this probably meant that he was it. Grinning to himself the tall Aeri thundered off after the colt, ignoring the fat raindrops the pelted him as he disturbed low-hanging tree branches.
The little one was quite well ahead of him and seemed to weave in and out of the trees without a thought. Lucius tucked his wings closer to his body; getting one of them snagged on something would be very bad indeed.
Despite his longer stride the black stallion still found himself unable to draw level with the young bae. He stretched his stride a little, hoping that the trees would thin a little at some point, allowing him to run at full tilt.
"Come back here!" he growled playfully at the elusive form that always stayed just out of reach.

Dysis giggled some and seemed to prancy around the trees faster than a wood sprite. He hears the large Aeri's voice and makes a playful yelp. His smal legs seemed to be flying under him. He looked behind him then looked ahead jsut intime to see a very large fallen tree.
"Woah!" The bae leaped, using his wing to help him get some lift, only to fall ontop of the large tree. This slowed him down. He quickly scrambled to get up and leap off the fallen tree and tried to pick up speed again.

The tall stallion smirked at the bar colt's stumble and put on a burst of speed. he cleared the tree as easily as if it were a pebble and thundered on towards the retreating youth. Stretching his neck out to its greatest extent, the orange-eyed Nequus managed to give Dysis a nudge on the rump.
"Ha! Got you!" he cried triumphantly, wheeling about to flee in his turn - this was fun! Good exercise too, observed a small part of him that wasn't absorbed in the game.
((O_O Soooo sorry this has taken so long, I didn’t realise the RP was waiting on me ^^”))

Dysis snorted and turned with a whinny. He scrambled to pick up speed again and chased after the stallion. "I'll get you! you'll see!" He said with a laugh.
This was almost as fun as playing with other his age...when he did. It was rare, he usually found himself playing with adults.

The tall stallion cleared the log again but, as his hooves struck the ground, he chose to take a new course rather than run back the way they had come. Trees flashed by him as thunder rumbled overhead and lighting briefly illuminated the cloud-darkened woods.
In these dim conditions, Lucius knew that the glowing red bones he wore would light him up as clearly as the bright blots from the sky did the forest. Well there was no help for it, he'd just have to keep moving and hope that his longer legs would make up for his greater bulk.
Turning his head, the black stallion saw that Dysis was still some way behind. He grinned. "Come on, you'll have to do better than-"
And then the world ran out.
It was a short drop and the Aeri managed to land in the stream without damaging anything more than his pride. Muttering curses to himself, the orange-eyed Nequus floundered to the opposite bank, hoping he'd have time to clamber out before the colt that pursued him soared over his head and caught him.

Dysis followed, still having trouble as he tried to jump to log, he didn't land on it, but his back legs cliped it and it sent him tumbling. He scurried up and shot off after Lucius. The stallion was in his view one moment saying something, and then seemed to disappear.
He tried to stop, but the ground grew slick, and the colt slid off the drop, and landed on his back in the stream. The foal paniced some and began to thrash about in the water.
"Woah! ack!" He splashed around, having trouble in the water.

Turning his head at the small noise of shock, Lucius spotted his young playmate floundering in the water. Deciding that this probably wasn't quite the time for swimming lessons, he reached out his neck, closed his teeth carefully about the colt's tail and hauled him to shallower water.
"Well, that was embarrassing," the Aeri stallion commented in amused tones as he attempted to toss his soaked forelock out of his way. It seemed determined to stick to the ruby skull that he wore over his face. Sighing to himself and remaining attentively close to Dysis in case the youth needed help clambering up the bank to dry land, Lucius gave up on sorting out his mane until it was a little dryer.

Dysis shivered slgihtly and was panting, after now being able to stand in the water. The red bae looked up at the Aeri. "That....was fun. Even if I almost drowned."He quickly moved onto the shore and shook off his pelt, his wet mane flopping back and forth with a laugh.

Lucius gave a soft snort of amusement and clambered out after him. "Irrepressible little fellow, aren't you?" the stallion commented, copying Dysis' example of a good shake. Water sprayed every-which-way and the Aeri's red mane ended up in even more of a mess than it had been before.
The orange-eyed Nequus sighed at it and turned his gaze to the bae colt beside him. "Well, I think that killed the game a bit, didn't it?" To be honest, he was a little glad of it. Now he'd stopped running around, weariness was creeping up on him like a patient predator. The clouded sky kept him from telling what time it was but the black-coated stallion suspected that it had been some time since he'd last slept.
Lucius suppressed a yawn.

"Ir..Ir-Irrepressible? What does that mean?" The colt asked with a laugh. His dark eyes looked over the wet messy stallion and surpressed a gigle. However Dysis probably looked as silly.
"mmmm, game over." Dysis said with a nod, watching Lucius hold back a yawn Lucius. It made the colt yawned anyway, his eyes grew heavy some, and his ears rolled back against his head, giving a tired demeanor.
"I"m tired," He mumbled with another yawn. Dysis wondered where he would go sleep, he shivered lightly. " and cold."

The black stallion smiled as the Bae colt gave a yawn. "It means that it seems to be very hard to stop you being enthusiastic about things," he replied before giving another brief shake. Less water flew this time but the muscular Nequus’ mane was still a mess and would probably remain so until it dried out, which always seemed to take forever.
"I'm tired too," he said once he had finished. "Not cold though; I'm nice and warm, partially thanks to the bones; they seem to give out heat of their own accord.” Another yawn ambushed him and this time Lucius gave in to it. “Perhaps we should find somewhere to sleep,” he suggested. “Not under the very tallest trees though; lighting seems to like tall trees for some reason." The orange-winged Aeri shot a glance at the sky and gave a faint sigh. "Wish I knew why that was," he said as much to himself as to Dysis.
