He couldn't hold it in any longer; tossing back his head, he laughed long, loud, and soundly. Really, what else could he do under the circumstances? The raccoon's intensity was so very easily provoked, after all, and that in and of itself was VERY amusing.
However, he was a good multitasker; even while laughing at the raccoon, he was feeling the caressingly light touches of Nitika's tail against his side. Taking that as an invitation to use her to play along, he, still laughing, draped a wing over her back and buried his face in her shoulder, ostensibily to hide the tears of laughter that had formed in his eyes.
Once he had calmed down, he lifted his head (but didn't remove the wing) to give Istas a chuckle. "Am I happy, little one? Truly? When you are so easily provoked? Indeed, I am having a blast! What about you?"

A pile of enraged full collasped to her bottom as her tiny paws and feet had been sticking outward theough her static fur. A white bundle streaked with purple and cyan was a rather amusing sight but yet pitiful for she'd become so flustered her fur electrified. Now the little raccon sat practically in a mess of hair because she was so bent out of shape.
Her little arms did manage to cross though helping to contain the fur that threatened to hijak her entire body. Sniffling she turned away from them both thinking calming thoughts to lower her static cling the fur had acquired.
"You just go on laughing you you.... Oh look at that I forgot my words thanks to you" she murmered bitterally turning to face the sweet and malicious daughter of her Guardian Soquili Saissis.
"How could you let me flare up like this. Why I look like a pin cusion as fluffy as I am or worse yet what if the native children take me for a pilliow. Could you live with me being a pillow Nitika? Could you?" she whinied still sitting there now trying to smooth her fur in the most appropriate ways.
A laughter could be heard as a blue form slinked past a tree then scurried over toward Guilian's feet, "Ohh hee hee see I do see a pillow. All flwuffy and snuggly. Stitch use you for a good pillow".
What Istas had chanced to gaze at was something she growled horribly at for this otherworld nuisance was the last thing she needed right now.
Nitika had seen the ferret making his way toward them even in her tear streaked laughter. She knew well Istas would become more territorial now for this ferret was the main cause of alarm with all the theivery months ago. As Guilian's wing draped over her she shivered with a strange chill yet subutily hid it quite well blushing only momentarily.

Having managed to suppress his laughter, Guilian was tempted to start up again at both the raccoon's appearance and it's attitude. Poor Nitika, if she always had to deal with that little harridian it was amazing that she hadn't gone prematurely white-haired! Then again, there was amusement to be had with toying with the over-zealous coon...
Especially now. Glancing downwards as he felt something rub against his ankle, Guilian raised a brow at the slithering blue form before turning to Nitika and murmuring, wing still over her back, "Is the little blue one also charged with guarding you, Chica, or is it merely a bonus?"

((Hope you didn't mind Stitch coming in... I'm having way too much fun with this RP razz ))
Istas felt so outnumbered now in her state of nervousness puffed up like a marshmallow at a campfire late saturday night. First there was the red stallion and Nitika cracking jokes, and now low and behold a damn ferret had to join in with the fun. Bravo.
Trying to frantically smooth her fur was becoming inevitable with her temper flaring with Stitch's comments. "Pillow? I am not a pillow you lowly flea carrier. Shoo... go find someone else to torment and let me be. I need to do what i was instructed to do... shoo now.. go". Her ears burned so badly feeling like a fluffy nuisancesince her anger had gotten the best of her. For sure it would be her downfall... she just knew it.
Stitch was loving every minute of the fluffy mass in front of him. Glancing upward to the two soquili he smiled quite deviously then turned to face the raccoon. "Pilloooooooooow Pillooooooooooow" he chanted over and over with a chuckle, "Stitch need a pillooooooooooow yes um."
Nitika stopped laughing for a moment and narrowed her eyes seriously. Stitch was a trouble maker and a thief which was learned upon his arrival. He liked to make others tense always turning the blame on the other. She swished her tail as her slim neck craned down toward Stitch, keeping bher own composure she spoke softly yet with an edge, "Stitch. I think you may have other things to be doing right now. Please leave Itas alone before I kick you harder than you would like." She paused and blushed realizing Gulian probally just got a shock of innocence ripped from her own lips. Turning her head slowly she glanced toward him unsure of what his brain was pondering at the moment.

((Not at all; it's funny XD))
It was like watching a family squabble, although Guilian wasn't exactly sure what role the blue ferret seemed to fill in said family. Whatever the position, though, the fact that it flustered the raccoon was amusing. Did anything NOT fluster that raccoon? She really needed to lighten up a bit, or she would never be able to truly enjoy life...
Guilian was musing thoughts along those lines when Nitika's threat caught him, once again, off guard. Gentle little Nitika, threatening to use violence? How delightfully exciting!
Turning his head to give her a surprised look, a sensual smile blossomed across the stallion's face, particularly when he noticed the flush of color on Nitika's. Taking advantage of Istas' temporary distraction, he leaned close to Nitika, his breath light and teasing against her ear as he whispered. "Such a temper it seems you have, Chica, hidden beneath such a mild exterior. What other secret fires burn within you?" What fires, indeed...

As the two squabbled Nitika's cheeks flashed crimson at the stallion's comment. Had she really just displayed violence? Oh dear what would her family think that she'd turned into a wild cur able to spout things worse than the old title of "a druken sailor". How profuse that sounded just thinking of the term in such unadulterated ways, who was she becoming?
"Secret fires"? she blinked trying to appear innocent still, "Dear sir I don't have passion burning as you do in your own heart. Praytell I'm still a filly in respects lying with a grown mares body. I could never be so bold to be so impulsive and umm..." once again she flashed her blush openly feeling her cheeks burn mercifully. Now she'd done it, she realized, her sudden threat to stitch had aroused the curiousity of Guilian. Whatever was she going to do to restore what innocence had been lost.
Meanwhile Stitch felt the situation was just to annoy the hell out of that annoying fluffed up pillow of a raccoon. Her constant temper tantrums fueled the deviousness of the coy little ferret. So indeede he decided to ignore the two soquili and head directly for the kill. Sneering in a grin he hopped back and foth with a "Tch Tch" sound gloating at the raccoon.
"Flwuffy Fluffy Pi~loooooooooow" he jeered clicking his teeth, "Istas is a pill~ooooow. Stuff her upsie, make her a throw rug, Istas is a big fattum pi~looooooooooow!"
Istas stamped her feet and imediately gave chase after the little hellion that had stopped her vigil on the crafty stallion. She was finally fed up and angered at that beastly little mass, for when she finally caught him there would be serious hell to pay.
"You pain in the butt, when I catch you I'm going to yank off that tail of yours. You just wait you annoying puffpall of annoyance!"
Stich grinned hopping on two legs like the two-leggers did. "Ehee hee Oh noes the pi~looooooooooooooow is going to get meeeeeeeeeee. Quick it might make me into a pi~looooooooooooooooo tooooooooooooo." he chortled running now in and out of the soquili's legs all the more frustrating the poor Istas.

It was as though Guilian had fallen asleep and was in the middle of a very strange dream; the brightly colored animals scuttling about the ankles of the two Soquili accompanied by the angry chatter of the raccoon and the energetic yammering of the ferret were distracting, frustrating, and amusing at the same time. However, the dominant emotion was amusement, by a long shot.
Shifting his attention from the animals to the mare, Guilian gave her a smile laden with as much charm as if there WEREN'T squabbling familiars about; for all the world, he could have been standing on a hilltop in his own home turf, given how comfortable he seemed!
"If this is the sort of thing that you have to deal with all the time, then you truly have my sympathies, Chica. And there's nothings to be concerned about with regards to implusiveness; it's a positive element in life. Teaches us to appreciate the present, and all that whatnot, wouldn't you agree?"

For a moment Nitika's blushing cheeks faded as did the world around her, noticing something strange in what she saw. Whisked far away into another world her own lavender eyes lie upon something of home if not a sign that would cheer her up immensly.
For what she saw was her mother lying with something strange yet familiar, a basket white as snow with an orange sun upon the front of it. Saissis lie nestled in a type of thicket humming soft phases and songs to this thing she was with. Looking upward the mare smiled directly to her daughter it seemed, only for a moment. And then in a passing breeze the vision had faded and the current squabbling and Guilian's voice finally reached her.
Nitika's eyes widened further then they ever had before causing her to stand proud and upright feeling the happiness welling deep within. Without thinking she giggled as a foal would letting all her sadness float away on a cloud of good ridance. Turning quickly she beamed as a gem would in the presence of the sun to Guilian, "I don't believe it... oh" she murmered with such happiness then nuzzled the crimson stallion without thinking.
Istas heard Nitika giggled and stopped in mid run as did Stitch, who for the most part was utterly confused. She sat staring at Nitika who for the most part was as perky as a foal fresh from her basket. Fur slowly deflating she became thin and sleek once more wondering why the mare had simply changed her feelings and emotion right there. What could of happened to make Nitika feel this joyous she wondered.

((Like I said, I have been known to not realize it was my turn. I'm so sorry, I thought it was you! xd sweatdrop ))
So much for any and all of this making sense. First a circus, now a mind game...oy, it was confusing! Yet at the same time, there was a delightful madcappery to the whole scenario that kept Guilian grinning, even in the face of what seemed to be insurmountable setbacks.
Even while Nitikia was nuzzling him, he had the distinct feeling he'd just missed something. The nuzzle was nice, but immeadiately prior she'd looked as though she were seeing something else, her eyes wide and unfocused as she stared off into the distance. Naturally, he'd looked off that way himself, but saw nothing remarkable, nothing that he could use to account for the sudden mental wandering of the mare.
He returned the nuzzle, naturally, lifting her muzzle slightly as he did so so he could actually meet her eyes. "Don't believe what, Nitika-Chica? You seem to have gone somewhere without us, and I'm not sure I know where!" Grinning, he looked over at the two familiars, then back at Nitika before softly requesting, "would you be willing to share?"

((S'ok... I thought for a moment I was the one behind the other week till I checked. Gets to be a lot Rping all the soquili every day wink Let the battle commence))
She held such a placid face of happiness yet her whole persona burned and shinied like the brightest star.
Turning her head toward him she nodded quite enthustastically. Her mother was alive if her little vision was indeed correct, but what was with that basket she wondered.
"I saw her Guilian. I saw my mother for a moment. I think she knows I'm worried about her and well it sounds quite queer but I believe this to be true." she beamed with pride as her violet orbs glistened like gemstones.
Stitch was just confused in this whole thing with Istas not persuing him and was calm. Then the soquili (the blue one) was acting like a wierdo with her eyes all glassed over. Now it was quiet which the ferret draped in blue pelt hated with a passion. Where was the squabbling, the gusto of words chittering like a mad women, where was the fun now. He grumbled clicking his own teeth with a little grinding.
So he did what he felt was necessary by sneaking up toward Nitika. Her dream Catcher looked loose as it hung akward around her neck. If he could put a little jump into a forceful tug, that would be perfect. Grinning he put his plan into motion.
Istas blinked at Nitika ignoring the blue hairball for the moment. The words of Saissis out of Nitika's own mouth were a joyous thing to think about. She never noticed the blue demon that was eying up Nitika's unsettled Dream Catcher.
If she did the next set of events would have never happened.

((Battle? Oh boy XD))
Well, she had seen her mother? That was a positive thing, no? Perhaps a little peculiar, given the setting and all that, but then, who was Guilian to decide what was normal anymore? Being amidst talking, squabbling familiars was new, after all, so why not a mare that saw visions? It was a rather intriguing concept, actually...
So he merely grinned, stroking her cheek as she beamed at him. "Well, that should help assugae your worries, no? If she knows you are concerned and acknowledges that fact, then there is less pressure on you to try and find her so soon, as she will not necessarily always been one step in front of you. Perhaps this is a sign for you to-"
However, a flash of movement caused him to break off, just in time to see Stitch attempting to make a move for Nitika's neck. Though he didn'y know the ferret was after her dreamcatcher, he DID know that it looked bad, and was swift to try and do something about it...
In his case, putting out a wing in hopes of heading him off.

((I get too boring for you always let me know... though I think the familiars will give us some fun))
She nodded with a bright soft glow about her wondering if that basket her mother was keeping vigil with contained something. The hope she was sent was simply grand and full of mirth in the daughter's heart who weeped daily that Saissis would return.
"I agree though I'm curious what this all means. I wasn't dreaming, I saw her. So that means mother is alive and well. I think..." she almost was about to say before she felt a tugging on her neck.
Stitch who had eyed Gulian with a grin took the paitience to notice when he was concentrating on the blue mare. So it was "go-time" for his little theivery as he saw fit. Sneaking around with a growl he waited for the right moment before he jumped up to swing onto the dreamcatcher. Paws grasping onto the round circle for dear life, he tugged all he could.
Nitika was taken aback with one heck of a fright feeling her neck and sholuders weighted down. She reared upward kicking out her feet praying Guilian had moved out of the way before her hooves met with his gorgeous red fur.
Istas realized what was going on finally as the commotion from hell started. She blew up practically chittering at Stitch to let go of what he was theiving as usual. She shook her paw at him then bounding over tried leaping upward to grab that foolish creature's tail.
"Stitch! Let go of it! Leeeeeeet gooooo" she screeched finally grabbing his tail swinging madly back and forth holding on for dear life.

((XD))
So much for that idea; still, Guilian had at least tried, even if he hadn't succeded. Things could have wound up a lot more unpleasant, however, if it wasn't for the fact that dodging kicks was part and parcel of his own special brand of lifestyle.
Duking aside as Nitika's kick flew up in an attempt to dislodge the clinging beast, he watched in somewhat bemused amazement as the raccoon dove after the ferret, hanging like a dead weight from the ferret who was already tugging at the dreamcatcher around Nitika's neck. A necklace wearer himself, he could already visualize the raw marks about her slender neck from where the cord dug into her neck, dragged down into the flesh by the combined weight of the two familiars...
Oh no, that would never do. Narrowing his eyes at the offending creatures, he all but barked, "Let it go this instant? Can't you see that your weight is too much? Let things that aren't yours alone, lest you actually do damage!" This was directed more at the ferret, though the raccoon was also included as he swatted at Stich with the flat of one wing.

Stitch hissed at Guilian as he swung back and forth yanking even harder. He wasn't quitting now since little by little the cords were severing easily with a ripping sound. Just one more tug and....
Istas yanked on Stitch growling in her puffy form now looking very much like a stuffed doorweight made of genuine fur. She chittered quite noisely being tossed back and forth quite violently clutching the furry tail for dear life.
Nitika at that moment felt like her neck was caught in a vice grip as the cord started submerging and burrowing into her deep blue hued neck. Now with Istas it was so incredibly heavy her head and neck were being tugged down. She shot Guilian an apoligetic look as her feet finally touched upon the solid ground. How deeply she wished inside that she hadn't kicked him when she paniced.
One last tug and...
The loud boom of the scarlet stallion's voice startled the swinging raccoon that she immediately released herself from Stitch's tail. Tumbling onto the ground she rolled and sat upward glaring at Stitch.
Keep tugging....
Nitika felt the weight subside finally and breathed a bit, though Stich wasn't no marshmallow holding his own weight.
Finally as Istas let go the final tug was all it took as the ferret crashed into the ground holding his prize with a coy smirk and grin.
"Mine now.... hoowee wa woo... Miiiiiiiiiine!" he called back looking devilishly at the large red stallion. Shaking his rump he scampered onto all fours, dream catcher firmly set in his mouth. Taking off like a little masked bandit he disappeared over the farther hillside.

...
Words utterly and completely failed Guilian as he watched Stitch take off over the hill, for all the world appearing as a blue streak. For a creature with such short legs he could sure move fast! Faster than Guilian was up to, that much was certain.
Glancing away from the hill, he first looked at Nitika, wincing as he saw the mark from where the cord had dug into her neck. Such a travesty, the marring of such perfect skin... Moving closer, he gently, lightly nuzzled the afflicted area, then lifted his head to glance back at the hills. "Is the long one likely to return with the necklace?"
