"Verde." He had muttered in a sort of confused voice a couple moments ago. It seemed now, however, that the time for introductions was past. And, as much as he would love to have a conversation with this Floob fellow, the distractions going on by the fountain were just too...distracting.

Floob, noticing the large comotion going on around the fountain area of Barton town, decided to duck out for a bit and avoid any rather odd confrontations he could easily encounter here. Walking off slowly, he wandered in to the Barton Forest. Maybe he would see a few rock puppies, or just sit by the calm river again. Either way, it would be less noisy there than it was here. Reaching the forest, he walked deeper in, throwing one of his cigarettes to the ground and stamping it out.

Zeff made a few muffled noises and squeaks before she fell silent. She hugged him tightly, breaking the kiss. "Yunners! I've missed you!" she said urgently. She eventually noticed that most of the people had left. "Aww. They're gone. Well, we sure know how to clear a room. Oh, I guess you win, by the way. You're way too good at finding me."

"Heehee, you always give yourself away by giggling." Yun pointed out with a big grin after recovering from the far-too-tight hug he recieved, "Perhaps we should try this in a crowded area again just to check it works!"
{Hmm. Short post.}

"But we'll need to find a crowded area, first. Hmm. The casino, maybe?" she suggested. Zeff didn't really like crowded places, as they tended to be filled to the brim with people that she didn't like. Of course, as long as Yun was there, she didn't mind.

Star walked baclk over to the news station. "Back so soon," said the man behind the greating desk. "Have I made the dead line for another artical in the newspaper?" Star asked ignoring the man's first remark. The man gave a long sigh and said, "That killed ten seconds making you miss your dead line. I am sorry. I guess they will have to put it in the newspaper in a few days." "Why are you a jerk?" Star asked her eyes going from blue to purple. The man laughed. "I am not a jerk. I just hate cat people." With that Stars eyes went red. She raised the wand the was in her pocket and there was a purple flash. When the light went away the man was gone and a pig was in his place. Star walked out again and went back over to the fountain only because it was Drace's Favorite place in all of Gaia.

Yun gave a little gasp at the mention of the casino. "No! Not there!! The people are mean there. They threw me out for no reason at all!" Yun declared, pulling a face. The details he ommitted from his declaration was that he was pilfering all the shiny things he could carry. And trying to move around sneakily with cold shiny coins up one's shirt was a very difficult task. Not only were they cold, but they made noises everytime you moved.

Star felt Drace leap off her shoulder and heard the small splash soon afterward. She rolled her eyes. He would need help getting out. Star took out a big notebook from here bag and replacing the small one. She opened it and began to write more of her story. The hero just saving the pixie and them becoming life long friends. The story was a lot like her life exept there wasn't any killer wolfs that were 10 feet tall and could eat you in one bit. She finished the chapter and fished Drace out of the fountain.

"Uhm-uhm-uhm.....what other places have people and shiny things we can stea- erm...borrow?" she questioned, wracking her own mind for ideas. She generally wasn't very good at evil planning. That was Yunners' job. Or at least, she thought it was. I think my job is to be a distract-o-monkey. Yah. That's it. Distract-o-monkeeeey! Small dancing monkeys with cymbals, red vests and fez hats infested her mind. "Mooonkeeeey." she hummed quietly.

Yun pulled a little face at Zeffie seemed to get distracted by things. He gently prodded her forehead as she began humming about monkeys. "ZeffZeff?" he queried before rolling his eyes and kissing her again - that normally woke her up a bit. And it made Yun feel better too. Kill two birds with one stone.
Yun didn't really like killing birds though and stones were shiny. Kill two casino staff with one coin. He liked it.

Star had to let Drace dry. It could take all day but Star had better things to do. She took her wand out of her pocket and touched it to Drace. She muttered something and Drace was dry. "Lets go," she said to Drake and walked out of the gates of Barton. She walked until she came to the egde of Bass'ken Lake. There all the thought of what the man at the desk came back to her. She sat down and started to cry.

Elze walked out of the Aekea Housing Commission and stood in the middle of the grubby, industrialized town for several long, drawn out moments.
"Well, fark!" she finally exclaimed, shooting the building a dirty look - and a smoldering cigarette butt - over her shoulder. "Stupid tokking no good bass ackwards podunk hicks!" she continued to ramble under her breath, heading out of town and towards the western path.
As she passed beyond the city limits and then through the festively painted prayer gate, she seemed oblivious to the peace and quiet joy of the brook as she angrily trod across the footpaths little bridge, her boots clunking noisily on the weathered slats.
"Farking tokkheads - oh yes, there are five million people who live in Gaia but we don't have houses for them. What kind of tokking fraghead genius came up with THAT brilliant piece of logic?" Despite her ire, her skin's pallor was unshifting, and in late afternoon light, her eyes were drawn tight in a squint as she entered the east side of Barton Town and paused for a moment outside the city walls, staring up their towering height.
"Damn. What in the nine hells am I supposed to do now?"

 Yep. That'sa me. Chal clomped down the street, his Arrhh! Boots clomping on the pavement. He thought he looked dam good, like that one over near Durem (I think there's a dam there, anyway...). He came up to his tavern, The Shattered Mind *shameless plug*, and snattched a beer from inside. He continued on his way down the street without stopping to chat with the patrons, like he normally did.
