- Graphic design, I'd rather stare at the text...

- Webhosting (Domain and subdomain, though I can't host any domains at the moment, but I have had a hosting company before)
- Wordpress
- Graphic Design (Photoshop and PSP)
- Photography (Digital and SLR)

I'm not good at..
- C++
- Javascript (Not much experience, but what I have experienced is quite outdated)
- Perl (Not much experience)
- Flash (No experience as of yet)

Most everything else, still taking IT classes, and I'll be moving up from there. razz

Pro:
xHTML, CSS, understanding of PHP, understanding of Javascript, Wordpress, theming, graphics, photoshop, design in general, mySQL basics.

Con:
Actually writing PHP/Javascript, most other stuff.

Good at:

Bad:

Hey all, I see there are a lot of talented people here, that is wonderful. I am 20 years old, from Australia and have a big love of Web Design and Hosting.

Not bad at:
- HTML, XHTML (Mainly Transitional, because I like the _blank attribute, but can do strict if I must.)

- CSS. This is one of my favourite things to play with, because I enjoy it so much. Maybe because I enjoy looking at colours, so its always fun to add them. I also can make it valid CSS as well. smile

- General Design. I am okay making graphics, but nothing too heavy like Vectors. My main passion Graphics wise is probably icons and a little bit of blending, but mainly icons.

- WordPress Themes. I have fun with these, they are not that difficult once you have spent a bit of time working on them, and they can make a site or blog look very nice.

- Hosting. It's probably weird that someone could like Hosting, but I really adore it. I have my own Dedicated Server and small hosting website which I hope I am okay to post here. I wanted to offer the best packages I can, and that is exactly what I do. I also have a special offer for members of Gaia to pay with gold, instead of real money. As long as they follow mine and Gaia's TOS.

Oh god, yuck.
- Any coding. I can edit code things to make it work with my design. But if I was asked to create my own program, or simple pho form. There is no way in the world I would be able to do it. Which is bad, because I am doing a website design course and I have to do coding, but I fail at it. gonk

- Vectors. I love these graphics, but I can't make them. So I buy them instead and use them on a number of my sites. It is a lot of fun working them into a design, but it would be even better to have created them. Some people are very talented!

I know I suck at a lot more, but that will do for now. razz

Things I'm good at:
The area of web design. I've had a lot of experience with Photoshop and graphics, and I use practically all my own tools. I take an Art and Design course so I'm hoping to incorporate that into it. I can almost anything: photo colouring, icons, collages, vectors (almost. the very simple ones but not too much into the difficult.), colour work, photography.
Also, I am slightly good with HTML and CSS but when it comes to programming and coding I tend to trial and error things until I get a desired result.

Things I'm bad at:
PHP. I have slight knowledge but not much. Probably everything else.

I tend to figure things out by trial an error with programming and coding. I'm more of an artsy person.

Things I'd like to do:
I'd like to learn a LOT more about coding and programming, and to get out of my habit of trial and error.

BTW I'm working on a website for a real-estate company that doubles as a monitoring and reservation system as my project for my course. Despite being in a group, I'm practically doing it all by myself. I've half the mind to drop the whole thing along with my useless groupmates but I won't be able to graduate this year if I do. crying
