I don't think so, but she's like more focusing on Sasuke than her training. What she is weak on is her physical strength from what I herd. (Are they being sexs?)

it depends on what type of strength you mean physical strength it may but it only sharpens her mind her ability to cope and strengthens her patience id rather be a weakling in love than an insanly powerfull fool destined to die alone *coughs out*Itachi*clears his throat*
