Kyoko sat down and tried to stay as calm as possible as she watched Huni and the colourful one. Disgusting...

Her arms were crossed in front of her chest and just once in a while she played around with her necklace, which enabled her to relax at least a little bit. The teen wasn't so fond of the ship's shaking, but it was nature and a mighty experience. All she hoped was that they would arrive soon and she could see her brother again. Although she never admitted it, she really missed him and the special bond they seemed to have.

And she also missed Itsuki, because he appeared to be the only sensible person around.

Yeste' smiled when Itsuki came back.
"We were just about to come see if you were ok." By the looks of it he was fine now.
"Sea sick, eh? Thats no worse than me... I hate this boat... we're completely surrounded by water and I do NOT like it... thats why I went to my cabin as soon as I got here before sun-rise and went to sleep." Yeste' scratched the back of her head. "Come to think of it, don't like the sun much either, but at least I can't fall into it and drown or be eaten by something...." Yeste' shuddered, she was terrified of the water and the only reason she wasn't hissing and attatching herself to someone or something was that she couldn't see the water.

Fear of water? Come to think of it, Itsuki had seen it first hand. It must have been at the St. Patrick's day party, he decided. Either way, he was glad the teen didn't seem disturbed by their location.

"I have nothing personal against water, really. I just don't like being cramped up underneath here," he sighed and shoved his hands in his pockets, "I wish the storm would stop."

The boy looked around idly, trying to devise a plan to keep themselves occupied, but was coming up empty handed. "...There is nothing to do." He stated, finally.
Damn, he would give anything right now to be making landfall anywhere soon.

Yeste' sighed, knowing all to well how much stuff there wasn't to do on a boat.
"I don't have a clue on what we could do either... Really I just want this storm to be over... its making me nervous." The teen sighed again then put her hand over her mouth as she thought.
"The boat is moving around too much for any weapon sparring to be safe... and I don't think there is any place big enough on this little thing besides up on deck, and I'm NOT going up there until we hit land..."
Yeste' was drawing a blank on anything interesting to do, but she supposed that striking a conversation would be entertaining enough.
"So.... what have you guys been up to lately?"

((if this is god-moding, feel free to delete this post n.n It just feels like the rescue is taking forever...))

Huni was gripping the railings tightly, making sure she wouldn't get washed overboard. It wasn't as if she couldn't swim or anything, but she didn't want to risk it. She peered through the downpour of the rain and maybe it was her imagination, but the storm was pushing them towards this small collection of islands. Were the missing Simu's there?

She hurried below deck to alert the other two she was with. "I think I see land. I'm not sure if they're really there because of the storm. Maybe I'm just seeing things, but I really feel like the boat's being rocked towards a group of islands." she announced.

Itsuki shrugged, not having much to offer on his end. "Life is boring for me. I've trained a little, wandered around town, got this necklace, and now I'm on this mission. Its the best thing that's happened to me so far." With a sigh he thought to himself, except for being stuck inside a boat during a storm... in the middle of nowhere.

"I can't wait until we hit land," he finally stated, again, after a few moments. "I'd like to see what I can do in a real mission."

Yeste' nodded. "I just hope we don't hit land too hard or we'll be stranded in the middle of nowhere like the others..."
With the storm like it was, 'hitting' land didn't sound too safe... at least not to Yeste' anyways.

Itsuki thought over the prospect of being stranded on the island and shrugged, "Well, it would be a nice change for a little while. But it'd probably become really boring."

At least I'd be stuck there with Kyoko and Yeste'... and maybe even Urahara. He reasoned, but chose not to voice aloud.

"...I wonder if the storm stopped yet?" he noted the boat still rocking, but he couldn't tell if the rain had ceased. With a small mischevious grin in Yeste's direction he added, "I think I'm gonna go check... wanna come?" He hoped she knew he was only teasing her about her hydrophobia, though Itsuki was pretty sure she wouldn't hurt him.

Tlachta stood when Huni came back in again, the hood on her cloak falling back from her head.
'Let us both see,' she suggested, walking over and lightly touching Huni on the arm with a small pale hand. Tlachta felt that the threat of being pitched overboard was slightly better then being stuck in this room with the other, sullen girl.

Huni nodded to the teen with the multi-colored hair, "Hey," Huni called to Kyoko, "We're going above deck to see if I wasn't imagining things or if we're close to land." she informed and then muttered just loud enough that only Tlacha would hear, "Don't miss us too much, miss-holier-than-thou."

Huni couldn't help but remember how the other teen had reacted at the offer of pizza and how cold Kyoko was being during the trip.

"Be careful, the deck is really wet but if you hold onto the railings real tight we should be fine." Huni instructed as she went back up.

Kyoko just nodded and after a few minutes of being alone, she decided to follow the other two females. Somehow she was sad that they didn't seem to like her at all, but the teen was quite sure that she didn't really want them to like her...No, she didn't need it.

So Kyoko followed slowly and wondered if real islands were about. And indeed, wasn't there something on the horizon.

Tlachta pressed fingers against her lips to hide her smile; it wasnt what you did - laughing at the put-down of another. She merely nodded, following Huni up and out onto the sea-washed deck, grasping tightly to the railings.
'There is something..' she said softly, her words spun away by the wind.
'If only the sky would clear!'

Huni peered back and was relieved that both Kyoko and Tlachta were right behind her. Relief turned into joy when they confirmed that there were islands on the horizon. If there was only some way to steer themselves towards it...

"Do either of you know how to work the sails or rudders?" Huni yelled, trying her best to be heard above the wind's roar.

Neith in the front of the ship, had been listening quietly.

The ships both came with professional captains and a small crew, both captains communicating via their radios. The storm, apparently, was just about passed now, and was heading to the mainland. It was starting to turn into a full blown cyclone, according to the mainland, the development delayed by the islands. Both captains had started faster towards the shelter of the islands. Once the storm had passed over the last three islands, it would intensify.

It was lucky for both those missing, and for the ships that those islands were there in the first place.

Neith had remained there at all times, only leaving to get the captains a cup of coffee or tea when asked. It was why no one had really seen her, she knelt there and waited.

But now with news, Neith ventured outside and headed towards the cabin to see if she could find some of the others. A cyclone meant that the mainland it hit wouldn't be accessible. Should they find the missing Simu soon, that would mean detouring around the edges...

Still, at least it was news.
