Spider_Jerusalem You should be the Batman around here. You've got an answer for every question. I am JUSTICE, I am the NITE. There are only two differences between Tad and Bruce anyway. Tad's the happy one, and Bruce is the rich one. Everything else is the same...

Green Lantern (John Stewart)

I always thought Green Lantern was cool along with other heroes back when I was kid watching the SuperFriends. But then it was even better when I actually read the comics years later and found out about John Stewart. Nothing wrong with other super heroes, but I can relate a little more to a black super hero.
Unfortunately, like other black heroes, he didn't always get the best stories, and he always seemed, at best, second string to Hal. Even Mosaic didn't last that long. I always felt that if John had been around when Hal went nuts he might've been able to stop him (but now that whole story is down the toilet). John had pretty much disappeared at that point. Then he joins the Darkstars, gets crippled, then hangs out in a wheelchair while he watches Kyle play hero. No respect.
But then comes Justice League on Cartoon Network (Now JLU). Initially, the chose John for the show to add ethnic diversity to the team, but the writers started liking him more and more with each episode. It shows because he gets real cool stories. He's gained a lot of popularity because of that, so much that he was added on the JLA roster in the comics as well. I'm just glad to see the character finally getting some respect and I'm just showing my support.
