I like games depending where I am and what I'm doing. Normally, I'd play FF. Parties, DDR. But if I'm hanging out with my brother, I can own him at Rainbow 6.

the first RPG i ever played was FF7, which was great! but the one I still love to this day is Xenogears. heart the plot was so obscure and intense! the characters were kick a** and the whole mech fighting is always good. Xenosaga was good too, the graphics were lovely and KOS-MOS rocks. but Xenosaga 2 is a bit lacking for me. still love it (cuz im all about plot in my games!) but it seems too short. I love Fei's evil Id!!! ninja

There is nothing wrong with loving Final Fantasy VIII. Personally, it would have to be one of my top ten favorite RPGs. The only reason it isn't in my top five is because in my opinion there is too much romance. But the fighting system is good, and so are the graphics. The story line is okay, because I really haven't heard of a game with sorceresses and their knights before. All in all, it is a really good game. You made a good choice in loving this game.

Usually my opinion changes on what game I'm playing at the time... overall my fav game is FF6, but some of my fav series are:
Final Fantasy
Star Ocean series
Chrono series
Dragon Warrior (only the old ones though, not 7)

That's a tough question. I love rpgs. I guess my favorite would be phantasy Star IV, actually the whole series is good. Mostly because it was the first rpg series I really got into. These days i'm playing more tactic like rpg games like Disgea, and la pucelle etc.
