"Oh, sure!" Walking over to his book, he pulled out his spiral notebook and pen, and handed them over to Chris.

Christopher nodded his head in thanks and began to write:
Well, I just met one of our new islanders, Glacus, here. He was here when I changed and so, yes, he is aware of the island's agenda like us all. He took it well and he helped me. He's a great guy. Don't forget to introduce yourself to him when you get the chance.
By the way, how did you enjoy the movie?

"Ah, so that's who that guy was. How'd he take the news, and what did the Doctor do to get him here?"
"And the movie, it was good."

He was definitely shattered to know he wouldn't see his family again. I feel bad for him in that sense. I know the feeling, especially since my parents accepted this side to me. They use to call me Little Wolfpup when I was a kid. I miss them...
Anywho, he was lured here under the false pretenses he would be the lifeguard for the pool on this island. To lure him in, they attached a cruise vacation to the deal. Moreau is really going to literally lose his spine one day. He best hope it won't be by my hands!
As for the movie, did you have any critiques or inconsistences to point out or anything you were curious about involving it?

Erik couldn't help but but snicker when read about what Chris' parents called him. "How'd you get that nickname?"
"He's really running out of ways to get people here." he said, chuckling.
"Well, I didn't notice anything wrong with it, but then again, I'm not a real movie critique."

Christopher wrote down, trying to surpress laughter:
Well, at an early age, I was already obssessed with wolves and had a lot of traits and characteristics of one apparently. I also would constantly sneak out of the house to run into the woods. I would even have dreams of becoming a wolf and I use to tell them about it. So, they took to calling me Little Wolfpup over time. God, I wish they could see me now. To see their reaction and for them to see how happy I am...
A tear dropped onto the pad of paper as Christopher wrote the paragraph. He dropped the pen and wiped his eyes. He didn't want to tear up again. He had enough of crying for now.
Moving on... I suppose the b*****d is running out of ways of getting people here. Although I'll give him credit for using what appeals to us most to lure us into the trap. But I'm surprised that no one has caught on to his activities by now. It's perplexing. I hope someone does bring his a** to justice soon though. But in a way, I'm also glad I'm here. I got to meet you guys and I get what I've always wanted.
Christopher looked up, his eyes still obviously watering. But he was smiling. The tears had changed to those of joy. These ones he would willingly let stream down his face. He motioned for the two of his friends to give him a hug. If this would be the closest thing to a family he'd get for a long time, he was going to take it. Besides, it was nice to share the moment with someone besides himself.

Glacus shook his head he must be going insane. He’d been here for an almost an hour, and he was told he was never leaving and was in the company of hairy, fang-faced people who resembled really bad art from the old Werewolf by Night comic strips. After listening, and reading their conversation, Glacus extended his hand to the new guy and said, “Hello, my name’s Glacus, what is yours?”

When he had looked up and made his motion for his friends to give him a hug, he noticed the look on Glacius's face. That look that just said he had taken in too much all at once. Christopher dropped his head, feeling bad about how he broke the news to Glacius once more. Christopher grabbed the notebook and pencil again, writing down:
Glacus. I'm sorry for how I broke the news to you. And I'm sorry you had to see me change first hand within the same timeframe too. I can only imagine how much of an overload it was. I just hope that I can make it up to you in the future. So, if there's a favor I can do for you as of now, name it. I will do what I can.
Christopher held up the note as Glacus had his hand extended to Erik so that he could read what Chris had to say.

Glacus lowered his hand, and stared at the note. Glacus said after thinking a little, “Actually yes, can you tell me what exactly do I do now?”
Surprisingly this thought never occurred to Glacus before now, what exactly was he going to do from here? Where would he live, what would he eat, did they sell clothing on the isle, was there a church or at least a priest he could talk too?

Christopher wrote back in response:
We live here I guess. We start anew. They do have stuff like a cafeteria, entertainment room, and stuff like that. You also should have a duplex. Now, there are intercoms so that we can communicate with each other and call out to the lab. We can put in requests for things we need. We'll go back to my duplex in a while so you can use the intercom to find out what you need to.
Anyway though, try to avoid any contact with the labs as much as possible though. The more they see you become desperate and dependent on them and if you act out of turn in some way in their book, they'll pull the plug for a while to show who has the power and control. I know, real great assholes managing this place.
I'm thinking of starting up a film club on the island so there is something more to do than just sit around and mope or think or be bored. Also, since you were here for me on my first change, I'm willing to return the favor for you if you like.

Glacus said, “I guess that sounds like a plan.” Then Glacus thought of something.
“Isn’t there a way to escape or avoid them forever? They don’t know I got here yet did they?” Glacus asked.
Maybe they didn’t know he was here, maybe he could swim away while there was still time, but then why hadn’t Chris or Erik?

Christopher frowned at the question and wrote back in reply:
I'm sorry man but this island has nearly a hundred people on it and none of them have managed to escape. I've heard plenty of escape attempt stories already and all of them have failed. They thought out just about every possible aspect of how to keep us from getting out. But that doesn't mean we can't find ways to spite that b*****d...
And they probably do know you're here. Did they give you your first injection on that ship? If so, they probably know. They probably even took care of implanting your microchip for you already too. Not to mention I doubt the island would miss seeing a huge cruise ship coming here. So yeah, they more than likely know you're here.

Glacus looked on his shoulder, and he saw it, there was a small sign of a telltale injection. “Oh my god” he said glancing at it.
“He got me, but I never remember getting one on the ship, they must have shot me while I was sleeping.” Trying to stay calm Glacus said, “Alright let’s got to the duplex or wherever.”

Erik had no objections and give Chris a hug. While normally he was a little uncomfortable with hugging people outside of his family, Erik was beginning to view Chris as the big brother he never had.
Erik gave a hearty smile as he shook Glacus' hand with his padded hand, being careful as to not cut or scratch him with his claws. "I"m Erik, it's nice to meet you."
Hearing Glacus' hope for escape, he immediately interjected. "I wouldn't try if I were you, because if you do, they'll use that chip that knock you out, I know from experience."
Erik's head tilted when he heard them talk about going to Chris' duplex. He hadn't been in anyone else's duplex, and he was curious as to whether all of them looked the same or not.
