Granted. However, every time you cast a spell, the dark powers you need to harness to do so eat away at your soul a little bit more.

Granted, you become a vampire. Greatly excited by the awesomeness of being able to live forever and building an empire of evil, you rush outside to celebrate. Unfortunately, it is still the afternoon, and you are vaporized in a few short seconds.

Granted! But you lose 53 minutes of your life in a blink of an eye, and during that time, every famous person in the universe came over to your house and partied like there was no tomorrow. Which, actually, there isn't. Because friday is Armageddon.
Wow, that's a lot of drawbacks for a measly hour wait. >.>;

Granted! But when you call them for a meeting, they wouldnt have time for you because they were too busy to call or hang out with you. * I would hang out with you... biggrin *

Granted. Some random, terrible thing happens to you and you end up on Row (not sure how), but you get to listen to all the Wierd Al Yankovic you want while waiting for your turn. xd
I wish I had Roy Mustang's Flame Glove and the ability to use it.

Granted, you don't HAVE to go to work. However, you also don't HAVE to get paid, don't HAVE to put food on the table, and you most certainly don't HAVE to live a life of even mild comfort. sweatdrop

Granted! But it happens to be the anime created by rabid fangirls, in which yaoi pairings run wild, so you'd most likely be coming home to someone like Inuyasha or Sanji, and... well, I won't go on.
I wish my brothers weren't so troublesome...
