Achera smirked a bit and tried to shake off her mood. "Sorry, I just don't really understand this world here. Truely this does seem to be a whole new world. Up in the mountains it had always been me watching my brother and his mate. They have it so easy, talking and loving seems to come natural to them. For me it is like a whole other language." She smirked again and looked down at the wriggling ferret. "Meeting others sounds nice, but.. it also sounds complex. I can hardly understand one being, so.. being tossed amongst more would be like a battle that I don't know how to fight." Her eyes glistened and she tossed her mane.

"Well, I don't think that it's necessary to make too many sacrifices to what you find comfortable right off the bat. If it's any consolation, I don't think that I've ever been around more than 6 other Soquilis at one time, and that was only for a brief time." Chuckling a bit, Zaphiro stepped back and allowed Fyor to get out from underfoot, if he was so inclined. It looked like Achera was making SOME progress... "And for the most part, I tend to stick to interecting with one or two others at a time. You don't need to dive into group settings right off the bat, after all."
Speaking of diving in, though...it was really insanely hot here. Besides that fact, there seemed to be an almost perpetual rain of ash and the atmosphere was getting more unbearable by the second. "However, you should decide what you wish to do on your own. What I or anyone else..." Here he gave the ferret a hard look before turning back to the firey mare. "-Say should change what is ultimately your decision. However, this atmosphere is not one I"m well suited to, and I think that it's time I made it a point to get out of here."
Tossing his sweaty and ash-dusted mane with dignity, he followed suit by shaking his wings and body off as best he could, then turned in the direction of the woodlands. Much as he wanted to be of service...if he stayed out here too much longer he wouldn't be of service to anyone. "If you choose to leave this place, you are welcome to accompany me as far as you care to; should you decide to stay, it's been a pleasure meeting you, and I wish you the best."
