I'm adding the Heart Scale so if you catch a wild poke'mon that's already lost a move that you wanted it to learn, or if you mess up on your team, you can use this item to restore a technique to it. BUT you may not use it to give your poke'mon a TM that it once learned. So if you erased a TM a while ago, and you want it back, you'll have to earn the TM once more. You can use the Heart Scale to override an HM you may no longer need.
That said, we're now going to release the remaining 59 TMs to the public. It takes 50 bumps for the ones that do not appear in certain places, and those that do appear in a certain place, require only 20 posts. So pay attention to what appears where. Also, you will receive another TM to use once you've beaten a gym leader more than once. It will be the same TM, but if you messed up and gave the TM to the wrong poke'mon, or you got rid of the move and realized you needed it again, this is how you can get those TMs. For the other 59, you must bump for them once more in order to get them again.
Last note about TMs before I post them in the next post: Here in Hidden Legends, there are only 91 TMs! Flash is an HM, however, when you check serebii or some other site to see if your poke'mon can learn Flash, please remember to look at the TM list.

Alright, here's the list of all the TMs that the PHL Guild offers you, and how to obtain 'em. =) Please be careful when you quote the post to get a TM. ALrighty guys. After a bit of discussion, It's been decided that we need one more item that can teach your Pokemon moves. We've decided to add in the Big Mushroom item. These items require 30 posts to obtain but they can only be obtained in one of the forests.
These items are able to teach your Pokemon one of it's Egg moves. We felt that this was a bit more fair than trying to make an overly difficult system for breeding your Pokemon with Egg moves so if you've got a move you want, go grab one of those mushrooms.

Ok folks, after a bit of conversing with Astral, we came to the decision that we would add a very special item to the guild. Be aware that this item has several restrictions before reading onward.
This item is the Lucky Egg. If you don't know what it does, in-game, it multiplies the Exp gained by the holder by 1.5 times.
The restrictions are: It only works on unevolved Pokemon, or Pokemon that don't evolve. It cannot be removed and re-equipped to a different Pokemon. And it only lasts a week.
Now then, for the bonuses. 1) The holder receives 2 Exp per post. 2) The holder receives 1.5x Exp from battles.
And for the requirements to obtain. To get the Lucky Egg, you have to make fifty consecutive posts in either Hearthome, Solaceon, Cerulean or Fuschia cities.*Locations where Chansey can be found near*
Be aware that we will be monitoring this items use to make sure no one is abusing it. So for your benefit, kindly keep track of how many days have passed since giving a Pokemon the egg so that we can track it's use.

=o Time for Berries! The Contest system is very close to being completed, so for those of you who want to get a head start on your poffin making, here are the berries available. Berries take the number of posts listed below to obtain. The second numbers listed below are the number of posts needed to *grow* the Berries into trees.We will set up a subforum where you can have your patch of berry trees. Until then, you can keep your trees in your profiles until I can get Mystik or Chihaya to make us a subforum. The next post will contain event berries. These can only be gotten through events, so you can't post for them. For more info on berry trees and growing berries, making poffins, and adding boosts, see the New Changes thread!20-post berries (10 on day1, 10 on day2)Cheri Berry-  Spicy +1 {{1-5 per harvest}} Chesto Berry-  Dry +1 {{1-5 per harvest}} Pecha Berry-  Sweet +1 {{1-5 per harvest}} Rawst Berry-  Bitter +1 {{1-5 per harvest}} Aspear Berry-  Sour +1 {{1-5 per harvest}} 30-post berries (15 on day1, 15 on day2)Leppa Berry-  Spicy +1, Sweet +1, Bitter +1, Sour +1 {{1-5 per harvest}} Oran Berry-  Spicy +1, Bitter +1, Sour +1, Dry +1 {{1-5 per harvest}} Persim Berry-  Sweet +1, Sour +1, Dry +1, Spicy +1 {{1-5 per harvest}} Lum Berry-  Sweet +1, Bitter +1, Dry +1, Spicy +1 {{1-5 per harvest}} Sitrus Berry-  Sweet +1, Sour +1, Bitter +1, Dry +1 {{1-5 per harvest}} Figy Berry-  Spicy +1.5 {{1-5 per harvest}} Wiki Berry-  Dry +1.5 {{1-5 per harvest}} Mago Berry-  Sweet +1.5 {{1-5 per harvest}} Aguav Berry-  Bitter +1.5 {{1-5 per harvest}} Iapapa Berry-  Sour +1.5 {{1-5 per harvest}} 40-post berries (20 on day1, 20 on day2)Razz Berry-  Spicy +1, Dry +1 {{2-10 per harvest}} Bluk Berry-  Dry +1, Sweet +1 {{2-10 per harvest}} Nanab Berry-  Sweet +1, Bitter +1 {{2-10 per harvest}} Wepear Berry-  Bitter +1, Sour +1 {{2-10 per harvest}} Pinap Berry-  Sour +1, Spicy +1 {{2-10 per harvest}} Tamato Berry-  Spicy +2, Dry +1 {{1-5 per harvest}} Cornn Berry-  Dry +2, Sweet +1 {{1-5 per harvest}} Magost Berry-  Sweet +2, Bitter +1 {{1-5 per harvest}} Rabuta Berry-  Bitter +2, Sour +1 {{1-5 per harvest}} Nomel Berry-  Sour +2, Spicy +1 {{1-5 per harvest}}

For berries, the same effects that they have when you feed them to a Pokemon still occur!
Info below:
Cheri Berry - recover from paralysis Chesto Berry - recover from sleep Pecha Berry - recover from poison Rawst Berry - recover from burn Aspear Berry - recover from freeze Leppa Berry - does nothing the guild doesn't have PP ;D Oran Berry- heals 10hp Persim Berry - recover from confusion Lum Berry - recover from any status problem Sitrus Berry - heals 1/4 of max hp Figy, Wiki, Mago, Aguav, and Ipapa Berry- heals 100hp, but if used in battle, roll a 6-sided dice. If even, your Pokemon is confused.
Razz, Bluk, Nanab, Wepear, and Pinap Berry- does nothing when you feed them to your Pokemon. They're poffin ingredients only.
Tamato, Cornn, Magost, Rabuta, and Nomel Berry- Increase your Pokemon's happiness by 1 for friendly evolution.
Other berry effects will be added when the special berries are given out.

If this is in the wrong place, feel free to delete it. I wanted to suggest Full Heals. I see we have full restores, but no Full Heals, which are one of the items I use all the time in the games.
I was also hoping we could somehow introduce apricorns and the apricorn balls, but I know this would be fairly complicated and i understand the difficulty, so I understand if we just put in the balls without the step of conversion.
I also cast a vote for HP UPs, which I saw being discussed. :]

We could add in Full Heals but with them, there would be no point in working for the other healing items. That's the main reason we don't have them yet.
The Apricorn Pokeballs are an interesting idea. Not sure how those would work here, right off hand. Our stats guy{The dude that does all that math stuff, has been eaten by MMO's for quite a while but whenever we can get in touch with him, I'll definitely present the idea.
HP Up, unfortunately, will probably never be implemented. With the levelling system we have in effect, all Pokemon will have a Max 800 HP by lv 100. So there's really no point at all in adding them. They'd only add one more level of complication to tracking the development of peoples' Pokemon. And it's already rather difficult to keep everything running with just Astral and I.

I know some of the specialty balls, such as Dusk, would do nothing in here, since we have no times of day, etc, but things like love balls and level balls I think could work. Friend balls could maybe just start a caught pokemon with a certain low level of friendliness instead of zero. Net balls would be something like ultra balls on water and bug, but pokeballs on everything else, or something like that. I think at least a few of them could work out with some work

You forget that Dusk Balls also work especially well in caves, so they're not completely useless.

I do like the idea of adding these balls to the rp as well. :3 It would be a good thing to discuss. ^^
I know once I had access to them, Dusk Balls were all I used in Diamond. xD
