There is no record of Scream 4 on any of the sites I frequent.

Also, Wes Craven has decided to quit horror, and I doubt he would let anyone else take the franchise over. So no Scream 4.

Quit horror, Hm?

So, are we getting films on the level of Music of the Heart?

Or... Red Eye? Which could be said is more action than comedy (I'm deducing from the previews, mind you.)

i think that this trilogy is one of the best horror trilogys because it did something that other horror movies didn't do, that is have a plot where you think you know who the killer is but then it turns out to be someone else. in the first one i thought that the killer was randy because he knew a little too much about horror movies. in the second i thought that syd's boyfriend was because that would have been the obvious choice because in the first one billy and stu were. and the third one i had no clue who would have been the killer. but if they make a fourth movie i think that the killer will finally kill sidney just like halloween ressurection when michael killed jamie lee kurtis' character so that would be the obvious thing to do.

I loved the first one. The idea seemed so original to me. It was exciting when it first came out. I loved the actors in it. I remember buying the special 2 tape set with scream phonecard.. heh! I should probably repurchase it on DVD one of these days.
The second was ok, if only for the returning actors and characters, but it wasnt really the same feel anymore.. kind of "been there done that". Still enjoyable to me though.
The third, I don't really remember. I attribute this to me probably not enjoying it.

I own all three on the Scream Box Set.

With extras galore!

I thrive on extras.

And I heart Kevin Williamson, and he's on the audio commentary for the first one.

He's sexy.

I wonder how much editing was done when Scream 3 aired on television this weekend.

I still need to buy Scream 2. One of those purchases that I just haven't gotten around to.

Drew Barrymores death scene was wonderfully done! it was the only reason i watched it (i do like her really!) and she did it so convincingly!! i think she should take a bow!

Scream three was the best for me, put everything together, and parker posey is funny so that made it all the more better......the ending was cool

i like the 3'd i thought it was a great film and ended the trilogy well, because it took you back to the begining.

I agree with her.

^^ Persoanlly, I thought the first film was the best. Mostly 'cause it had Mathew Lyllard in it and he's one of my favorite actors ever! ^__^

Also, it was actually really smart movie. I just watched it yesterday on WB. Billy and Stu's plan to be left for dead and blame Sydney's dad was actually pretty good. XD And Stu was probably the funniest movie murderer I've ever seen.
