Fyrn nods wildly, and starts picking through puzzle-pieces, grabbing the ones that most-definately would go on the edge.

Ah, there it is then. That's good. He can finally get some healthy socializing in. ....even if it IS with a snakeboy. *He nudges D with his boot and grins at her* How are you Llll.... er.... Lady? *he starts to laugh and covers it up with a cough* Been up to anything? How's the bird?

Her eyes glance quickly over at Nar's laugh and cough. She smirks a bit and wonders if he'd been discret enough. "I'm fine good sir." She laughs aloud and pretend to play along with his manner of speaking.
"As for Wellard, I'm afraid I haven't been paying him as much attention as I should. I've been looking after a couple of caits you see. Those cat-like things I help breed and look after with my friend, remember? Well I've got a pregnant female staying in a spare stable and she needs my care. She should be due soonish, then I shall have to show you two the cits. They're so sweet and small."
Sidney watched Fyrn a moment before searching for some of the edge pieces as well and putting aside any he found. "Any more? Oh and which are the corner oness?"

He picks up one of the pieces, and shows Sid how it has a corner, then fits it into place, squeaking happily.

Oh yeah? Have you been telling him that you'll put a horrible man up on his back? *he laughs and squirms* Yes, I remember. I saw them once. The first time I came. Are you really? That's very nice. I should like to see them.

"Well not exactly." She laughs, "certainly didn't describe him as horrible. We shall have to start those lesson sometime soon eh?" She looks over to check on the boys' progress before turning back. "Then I'll certainly let you know when they're born and you can bring Fyrn over too. I'm sure he'd like to play with them, well when they're old enough."
"Oh yeah." Sid says and pokes through the othe pieces until he finds another corner. Picking it up and rotating it to see which end it should go. Ah the box would help. So he glances over at it and tries to see... Oh yes... it went in the bottom left corner. Putting it down and then looking for any bits that might fit to it.

Fyrn picks up a few more pieces, and places them deftly into position, before pausing, his ears pricked, tail still.

Did you hear, Fyrn? you get to play with kittens! Well.... a ah... odd species of kitten. *he glances back at D* Well, I know I want to play with them. I suppose we shall. Will it be terribley embarassing for me? I'll have to prepare myself for that eventuality.

"Embarrassing? No more than my terrible dancing skills!" She jokes and knocks his foot with her own. "Yes, kittens of a sort. You want to play with them Nar? No one can resist the furry cuteness of a kitten." 4laugh
Sidney is jealous of Fyrn's quick work. Quicker than his anyway. These hands were tricky things. So in an attempt to catch up, he begins to rumage around with his tail, picking up a piece with the end of it and passing it to his hands so he can put it in place.

I know I can't. *he gives her a wink* And I find your dancing skills to be quite exceptional, considering that you're a first-timer. *he gives her a sly smirk and gently kicks her back*

He hasn't moved an inch, his ears swivelling, trying to judge where the sound he's hearing is coming from.

Sidney notices the dog-boy's reactions to... something. He too turns to look around and flickers his tongue experiently, tasting the air for any strange scents or sources for Fyrn's interest. "What you lissstening to?"
D only realises Fyrn's curious about something when she hears Sidney ask. "Oh? What is it Fyrn?" She looks a little worried, as she remembered that there were people... things... after the strange child's blood. What if they were here?!

D gives a rathe loud yelp of shock at the sudden movement, before she realises what it was. "Rouge!" She cries, frowning at the animal but sounding very relieved. "Don't scare me like that!"
Sidney breaks into a grin too, at the arrival of the other velvet. He should have guessed but then again, he hadn't met the squirrel before and so he hadn't recognised it's scent.
