could you tell us a little more about what's not working?

If you're starting from scratch, here's a link installing japanese ime

If you've already done that, please try to tell us what's going wrong.

I have Windows 2000.

The link you give me in the first page gives me the website. But if I click the one for Windows 2000, it says it's "Not Found"

This link works IME for Windows 2000

So do the other ones in the first post, I'm not sure which one you're not able to see

Can anyone tell me what the phrase "ikura demo douzo" いくらでもどうぞ means?

I know all the individual words, but the meaning of the sentence as a whole eludes me.

I don't know whether or not I've heard this before, but I think it's something along the lines"please have/take as much/many as you like" ikurademo is a phrase that means "as many/much as one likes" and douzo is one of those fun "can't really translate it into english" phrases, but more or less means "please/kindly" I usually hear it when one is offering someone something, so it's like "please go ahead and take it"
