...Or not. Lethe slowly returned to the couch and stole Yani's spot, those unfamiliar unpleasant feelings prickling at her stomach again. "I coulda helped good," She said lowly, so quiet it was unlikely that either of the two currently flustered Fa'e would've heard.
She resigned herself to watching the other two, not being able to help sulking, until she could figure out exactly what she was supposed to do. Obviously her current strategies of getting attention no longer worked -- Kay was more interested in Yani now than her.

Yani came out of the kitchen rubbing the back of his neck and looking confused as all hell once more. "Oh...okay," he said slowly, feeling like things were just getting too weird.
He wanted to hang out with her, but the air was awkward and he didn't like it.
"Maybe I should just go...? I promised Mum I'd be back soon anyway."

She tilted her head, and scratched at one of her ears. "Um maybe... Er.. I have your key if you want it. I'm moving back in with Seeno, figured i'd be less of a weight on your shoulders, messing up your house and everythin'." She grinned briefly, but that ended in another one of the awkward pauses.
"So.. Em.." Biting her lip she walked up to him, face a light. "Heres your key?" She pushed it out just above his hand.

Hmph! Well, if this was the way it was going to be, then she certainly had better things to do! (Like helping Miss Fork and Mister Electrical Socket meet, she tried to let them once but Cerena threw a fit. She just didn't understand their 'troo luv'!)
"Bye!" Lethe said loudly, carefully sliding off the couch and towards the kitchen area where her guardian had last been seen heading towards. "Have fun with happ'ly ever after!"

"Oh...alright. If that's what you want," he replied slowly, closing his fingers around the key, his expression now one of curiousity. He thought she couldn't stand Seeno...
"I'll talk to you later then. Glad to here your doing alright." Another pause filled the air before he turned and headed for the door, feeling really awkward and confused still.
