She was late. She knew she was late and she silently cursed herself for it even as she slid silently inside the amphitheater, doing her best to remain unnoticed. Arwen's red eyes seemed even redder, almost glowing. She supposed she probably hadn't been supposed to actually spend the entire night in the library, but tiredness had never come to her, nor had hunger or boredom. She had merely lost track of time. But one had to experience life as well as books, Arwen supposed as she stood just within the door, her attention caught by the singing professora.

Mordred looked around eyeing everyone and raising his nose slightly. He wondered where the pretty boy was. The one that too his intrest. Very little, but Mordred had, in fact, noticed him.

~The Concert~
A heavy - but comforting - stillness descended upon the audience as Nehna's immense skill with Bardic Magic washed over them. Her words were no longer sounds and syntax, but living concepts that breathed within each of them.
I dreamed I saw on a moonlit stair
Spreading his hand to the multitude there
A man who cried for a love gone stale
And ice cold hearts of charity bare
I watched as fear took the old man's gaze
Hopes of the young in troubled graves
'I see no day' I heard him say
So grey is the face of every mortal...
Nehna continued her song, the soft and liting sadness of it evoking tears and sorrow, illustrating a desperation of a world long since past. This ancient melody was one of the few intact recordings left from the OldWorld, and Nehna had mastered its mysteries and was presenting them for all to understand and hear. For most in the audience, this would be the first and possibly only time they would hear this melody....
