if you ask me the best lifegain card in the game is armadillo cloak. either you stick it on a huge beatstick like rith the awakener or force of nature and and laugh at the expression on their face. or you stick it on something like Ashen Firebeast or Silklash Spider and own through damage to everything.

no, what you need to gain life is the card Noble Purpose. Get a few out and use a few over run. done right, you can gain over 30 life in one attack.

Get a few out and use a few over run. done right, you can gain over 30 life in one attack. but generally with overrun you win the game with it anyway. noble purpose is better used with cards like bloodfire colossus or skirk fire marshall which deal a lot of damage to everything on the board.

The Lady Giyan bakomusha once i got over 15,000 hp whell my oponet had about the same in negatives, darn you platnuim angel! wouldent it have been funny if someone then donated a transcendence to you? oh yeah transcendence and test of endurance -> awesome life based cards. test of endurance is a rgeat life card all alone....i mean with life-gain cards. also celestial convergance. 3nodding

I've used a deck that involved the Blue Skies deck. With the Thieving Magpies I get to have a decent hand and with the Ivory Tower, I got to have a decent life as well. When my life clocked 150, my opponent conceded. He's already late for class trying to kill me for the last 30 minutes. rofl

my personale best is 175. In my angel deck I have 2 beacon of immortalities and thats how I did it.

my highest life total....hmm...with just my life burst deq, was about 52... I could have gone higher but there was no point.
