The moment the flames took hold of the grass and moss the force Quin had used to flatten the grass in the first place would surge back down to smoother the flames. Thus dampening any explosion and saving the jeep for their return to the depot.

Wahoozerman The fire was getting annoying as hell. It would not bother him much due to his suit, but his face and hands could still be burned and feel the heat. The knives flew out through the grass towards the huge thing that just took a chainsaw head to head with his fist. Alan assumed that it's arm was the only stone thing about it, therefore the knives were heading for the golem's hamstrings. The knives would easily intercept him on his way to the jeep. They were moving faster than him and they were on a perfect intercept course. Upon reaching the golem the knives would head straight for the back of his ankles and attempt to stab through them, removing the muscle from the bone and making it impossible for the man to walk or at least run. Jesus TheMightyJello: But like... apparently he can telekinetically perfectly control something that he can't even see due to the grass. TheMightyJello: *points up* That's about it. He can't see where he's aiming. *shrugs*

The burning rushes began to uproot themselves and fly towards the Jeep, aiming to get inside and burn the occupants. They would fly through any holes they could find, including the top of the Jeep if it was open. If the top was closed they would fly through any open windows, through the cracks in the grill, and through anywhere else where a long blade of grass could fit.
As all this happened Jacknife began to back up slowly. "Mozz we should probably start backing up. Theres four of them and two of us now. Plus this field is going up in smoke pretty fast."

(( No line of sight on that one. It'd be hard to hit a guy running through tall grass in the legs, specifically. Doing it by controlling things from a distance when you can't even see where you're aiming is just... well... not quite right. ))

I just always figured that telekenisis worked like, I tell it go go somewhere and it does. I can see his big hulking head, so a general area. Would it work if the knives were still in the vacinity of his person stabbing at him blindly since I can see that?))

“Right, I’ll catch up with you!” Mozz was still trying to escape the Blaze, as a last ditch effort Mozz threw himself into mid air, and flying into what was once a lake to escape the blaze.

Alan turned and started to leave the plains. They would burn, but was that nescessarily bad? What was the good of the plains having grass all over them anyway? The villagers could probably use this area for farming land when this war was over. He thought all this over as he left the plains. These guys were pretty tough, but he had expected that. He hoped the other adventurers were doing well. He headed to the easiest escape from these plains, he would do better in the forest.

(( Well, they've moved on to the other thread by now since Quin drove the jeep off about a page ago with everyone in it supposedly... Telekinesis, as far as I'm concerned, is like an extension. It's not giving something a mind if it's own and saying "you go do this task that I tell you to", that's animation not controlling. If you had two extra hands and stabbed blindly at something behind a curtain, how well would you do at hitting it? For future reference I also heavily lean on multiple control. As in, you can't play in instrument with one hand and write an essay with another. If TK control is just extra 'hands' to move things, at some point you'll simply not be able to multitask anymore... I tend to put that limit at about 3 items controlled. ))

((Yeah I tend to limit how many things I can control at once also unless they're all doing the same thing such as a bunch of rocks going exactly straight. I'll use telekenisis like that from now on.))

Sunstrike hacked up all the water in his lungs as he sat in the grass.
In an almighty act of divine irony, he'd found his hoodie. Admittedly it had a few holes in it, but in all seriousness he wasn't really bothered by that. He sat deep in cover and shivered, trying to get dry.
Where the hell he'd ended up...he wasn't quite sure, but he was sure as hell that this probably wasn't where he was supposed to be.

Sun shakily got to his feet, and cautiously made his way back to the Lake, quickly starting to dry off. The hood came up to mask the red hair that'd show up like a flag if he wasn't careful.

Fuel Depot ->
"Almost there." the driver called out to the back as the APC tore through the field. The UGH soldiers would start cocking their guns, getting ready for any hostile activity which may present itself at the moment as one would open the small hatch up top and mount the heavy chaingun, looking around to spot any enemies nearby in case of encounter.

"'Bout time."
Athan looked around as the soldiers readied themselves for battle. The APC had nearly arrived at its destination, and it was about time that Athan did the same.
His eyes drifted shut, and he drew a deep breath in through his nostrils. It was time to be ready for anything.

Sunrise Lake ->
The APC roared through the field towards what was left of the fuel depots. Ji Long wanted the area around the bridge secured as quickly as possible to secure the east side of the lake and river.
