I'll probably hate myself for encouraging competition, but hell, follow the nike slogan.
JUST DO IT. <3 It's not that I'm worried about not getting it. What I'm worried about is that if I get it, and end up not doing my job or something like that. I have a tendency to be forgetful, especially when I'm stressed, so I'm worried about is messing things up. 3nodding
I'm probably underthinking how tough the GM job is.
Feel free to clear me up IHD. XD;
It's managing the forums, writing the updates, tallying... I don't see a lot of work there. Again, I'm probably understating the GM job. x-X; Pay me no mind.Well...the one time I did tallying/update, it took about an hour and a half. XD The hardest part is thinking of a new idea every day. Trying to come up with something fresh and interesting that people will enjoy can be a challenge. And when drama breaks out, you need to be able to keep a cool head and possibly try to put a stop to it if it gets too far. Happened in previous games, happened in this game. I didn't think it would be as difficult as it really was before I actually did it. XD

IHD: Really? I've always found it somewhat easy to come up with ideas, even if it can take a while. o_O But then again, I'm easily amused.
And a good update can take some time to come up with; tallying, on the other hand, is fairly easy. Just whip up Notepad, sit it next to your browser window, then flick through the pages, noting the votes. Make sure to keep it organised by number as you do it though.

XD The hard part was to think of something new that hadn't been done before and to make it good...when it was time to update NOW. If I had more time to think on some days, it wouldn't have been an issue, but some of them? All of a sudden it was update time and I had no idea what to write. That was the hard part, to suddenly find that it was 9 in the evening and to have no idea what to put. That's essentially what I did with tallying, but it was rote and rote activities bore me easily. ^^;

I normally type my updates directly in the reply box - pasting into Notepad every few minutes and then saving, of course. Before anybody comments on typos, I just have some knack of avoiding them most of the time; and even when I don't, they hit me right in the eye until I fix it. o.O
