The Diabolic sword is pretty weak...... ^_^;; I liked Excalibur, looks-wise, but i loved the Cosmic blade, too.

The fists were pretty wicked in Disgaea 2, though o.o
And swords rocked from the start ^^!

3.Guns [Umm, hello ... there guns]
4.Staves [Good for magic but I wish they gave it at elast two or three of it's own special atatcks TT__TT]

spear. It has the best range and I can level up my rune knight with it easily.

1.Staff, Cause if you maxe out it's attack in a lengendary one... you can still kill even without SP!!!
2.Spear [Drill Spear] :Cool...Drill?: I love to throw them prinnies when they low on health...
