Macyn took the gift from Kenna out of his bag and then looked around for the spot to it, Kenna had asked for him to give Mal's his gift and explain why he couldn't be here and that is what he planned to do...the only problem was he wasn't sure who Mal was since he'd never met him before and Kitty had yet to arrive since she was off visiting Makenna.

Sighing he found the gifts and set his with the other holding ontp the small green package that was from his house mate. Now to wait for the birthday boy, after all that was Mal and he was the person he was looking for.

Macyn looked over his shoulder just to make sure it was he who was being spoken too. " Hi..." He stuffed the wrapped box into his back pocket and smiled. " Im okay, just waiting for the birthday boy."

He said shaking his head to get the hair from his face. " How are you?"

hobo walked into the main room keeping to the outside of it while spyder stumbled and fell face down in the center of the floor. she busted out laughing while she was getting up and then looked around at the familiar faces. 'hello everyone' she said joyfully.

Adrian had wandered down the stairs at about the same time Spyder collapsed in the middle of the floor. He blinked and stared, and finally gave her a hand to help her to her feet. "Good evening to you," he said as he guided her over to a chair. "Why don't you sit down over here and let me get you a gallon or three of water?"

"Burgers and hotdogs," Kaleb announced as he opened the door to the kitchen. He sauntered over to the foodtable, a tray of burgers and 'dogs resting in his hand and on his shoulder. He set the tray down and glanced about the room. "Things look just about ready, in here," he said to Hana as he went back into the kitchen.

"Hn," came the reply as the cook shoved a bowl full of barbeque chicken into his hands.

"You're welcome." Kaleb went and set the bown down next to the tray. "A'ight... so what's missing...?"

There was still no sign of Malachite, but Rayen and Than were seen dashing back up the stairs, again.

"Ah, that's cool," Soco replied. He didn't have the foggiest who this "Kenna" was, but he let it be. "I'm sure you'll like Mal. Most everybody does. And he likes almost everybody else, too, so... it's all good!" He chuckled nervously, glancing at Adrian for support.

Adrian missed the look. He was busy trying to help the obviously drunken woman.

sitting down in the chair spyder looked up at av confusedly. 'water?' she asked with this look of extreem doubt in her eyes 'din't i have vodka earlier?' then she attempted to get up to get some of the chicken that was being brought into the room

hobo was still standing on the outskirts even though he saw a couple people that he had met before the occasion just waiting for them to notice him but when the burgers were brought out he imediately went to get one and a glass of soda. he would be driving home tonight after all

Soco gave Kiki's hand a squeeze. "Ah, this is..." He stopped, and his smile quickly turned to one of embarrassment. "I'm sorry, I didn't get your name!" he said to Macyn.


"Mmyes, so it would seem," Adrian said. He took a plate and dished out a couple pieces of the BBQ chicken, handing it to the woman. "Stay here, please."

All in all, the guardian was feeling rather... disconnected with the whole situation. He was simply running on autopilot, and couldn't even get up enough energy to carry his fake smile.

He wandered into the kitchen, only to have a dishtowel thrown in his face. "Mnf. Hana-chan, I need water."

He got a panful of cold water thrown in his face.

"..." He used the dishtowel to dry himself off, and then went about fetching the biggest glass he could find. He pulled out a gallon milkjug that was filled with water, and took both out into the dining room. He was still a little wet when he presented them to Spyder. "Here you go," he said. "Please try not to make an a** of yourself, for your kept's sake."

Oh, yes. It seemed his autopilot didn't possess tact.

As he walked off, he slicked his hair back out of his eyes to get a good look around the room. He caught the strange look Kaleb was giving him, but didn't say anything.


Finally, a question Soco could answer! He bowed to Sauda, even though it wasn't completely necessary. "This is Kilayla," he said, introducing the brown-haired girl beside him. "What's your name?"
