((Do you mean Blade? |: ))

Ebon just looked at Eni a little confused. She wore some pretty interesting clothes, but so did everyone else there. Seriously, look at what he was wearing. It was like he was trying to conceal some huge weapon... Well he was trying to conceal Stalior. It worked, for the most part. It depended if he was sitting or not. "Nameless? Or shy? Oh well, your choice not to say anything."

Blade knew about the spawns as well. They were evasive little bastards. Try and hunt them down... It's nearly impossible. But you'll just be sitting there doing nothing and BAM. A spawn will be right there. And once you're ready to fight, it's already gone. They were troublesome bastards.

Ebon looked at Rina. "Joined me? Uhhh...." It's not like Ebon really had anything to do. He was actually hoping he could stay with Blade for a bit more. She seemed like the type of person where if you stick by her some interesting things will happen. "Beats me, I guess so."

Ebon's eyes trailed down to the double-bladed sword that Blade had. "What a funky sword you got there. You don't mind if I try it out, do you?"

As Trisha finished off her meal and sucked off the juices from the animal she had devoured, she through her head up, her eyes scanning the forest. Somewhere out there she had heard a splash and some branches crack. Why slowly rising from the ground and pile of leaves her fingers lingered to her bow as her long fingers wrapped around it, her other weapons at her back.

Moving as silently as a night's whisper, Trisha stalked into the forest. After a few minutes she came to a clearing where a lake was glistening in the moon light.

Crawling into the tree branch of an oak she looked down. Well that is what the splash was Trisha thought to herself as she saw a woman swimming through the lake. Then her eyes strayed to the camp fire and the people around it. So there is someone else in the forest she pondered.

As Trisha was about to climb her way back down the trees and make an escape back to her camp, the fox she had been caring for came puncing out of the bushes and started howling at the tree Trisha had carefully hidden herself in. Afraid, if left alone by itself the fox would be killed, Trisha jumped down and landed in front of the fox, facing the fire and lake.

"Sure. I have to warn you that's it freezing, though." Blade pushed on the floor and drifted along the water on her back, gently moving her legs to push her along slowly. It was true that the water was freezing, but Blade liked it. It felt good to be cold when she was usually hot all day from walking in the sun wearing black-only clothes. "Me and Ebon just met about thirty minutes ago." Blade answered to Rani before she turned around and started to swim around, this time with her back facing out from the water. Then she stopped and looked around to answer Ebon's question.

"I guess that you can try. They're hard to handle so try not to cut your hand off. It's called a double-bladed sword. I gambled against the dwarves and won and got them made specially for me." Then she took in a deep breath and moved down, drifting down further and further into the water until she disappeared again just like she had previously. It was just peaceful to be down there. Blade didn't really have to go back up for air, she could make the shadows solid and give herself an air bubble that she could go to whenever she needed air. But the others would think that she might be drowning, so right now it would be a bad idea.

Blade swam back up when she heard the shadows whisper that there was yet another person coming. She reappeared and looked around and spotted the next new person arrive.

This actually wasn't very rare. Usually whenever people were in forests they tended to bump into each other. It was easy, and people liked to travel in groups. After all, these forests were never safe no matter how peaceful they seemed.

(You don't understand, Dark. Go back and read your last role play post...)

At the moment Blade gave the okay to handle her swords, he cracked his knuckles, actually making it look like he was acting tough when he was obviously just joking around. "Cut my hand off? Pfft." Ebon said as he picked one of the swords up. It was considerably heavier than Stalior, maybe because it had two blades though? Although Ebon hasn't really saw a sword that is lighter than Stalior and still as strong as it. Damn ancient Elves knew how to make a kick a** sword.

With the one sword Ebon had in his grasp, he began to twirl it around in his fingers. It went in circles like a windmill does on windy days. Then he started getting all showy with it, and started to twirl it every way he could, still not dropping it. But he grew tired of doing that and just stopped. "Pretty good, I suppose." Ebon could have gotten more flashy with it, but there were were around him. He might have accidentally chopped off one of their hands!

"So Blade, what are you going to do? Would you like to join us?" Obviously Ebon wanted her to, for reasons stated before. Not to mention she had a pretty good figure, which was always a plus.

||I think what Dark meant is this: "Ebon" means black, so in her post she put Black instead of Ebon. That's my guess, at least.||

Blade looked around and then decided that it was time to finish her little swim. She swam back to the shore and grabbed her cloak, wrapping it back around her body and sitting down beside the fire. She looked over at Ebon who came back and sat down himself, then asked if she was going to do. And then he also asked if she wanted to join them. Or, namely him, she didn't think that him and Rani and Rina had decided anything with him. She drummed her fingers against her chin, and then shrugged. "I'm a spawn hunter, like oh-so-many other people. I also tend to get myself stuck in all sorts of crazy-a** s**t. If I joined up with you you might suddenly find your life too insane. But hell, you look like a tough man. But then again, maybe I'm just letting that face of yours get in my judgement."

Blade winked but also stuck her tongue out at the same time before she dried herself as best she could. Her clothes were thin, so it wouldn't take long for them to dry. Then she reached over and grabbed her harp, which had been resting on the ground. She straitened her back and got into her playing position, playing each string to check if any were out of tune. When she found that one sounded wrong she tuned, and once she was finished she took a moment to think of a song.

"Well hell, this night is pretty damn peaceful. We've got food, fire, and company. The only thing that's missing is music!" After she finished speaking Blade began playing her harp, the sound echoing out an enchanting tune. Then she started singing an old travelers song, one of her favorites to play whenever she was with a group.

"Time will whisper
Time will flow
Transforming those who follow its glow
Come young traveler, follow me
Upon the soft white light of si-in-ging

Eventually you'll find
A rarity of sorts
Bandits and wizards
Werewolves and white ghosts
Bandits and women
And stories that end with a toast

Just follow my story
And-then-you-will-see
A rarity of sorts
Amazing indeed!"

((0_o That never happend... But I like what Myth said. Even though I have no idea what it means.

Ebon really means that? eek ))

Rina grinned and stripped off her pants. Underneth she wore a white skin tight shorts that was good for swiming. "I love cold water." Rina simply stated as she took off her weapons. She turned slightly to the group. "Rani, behave while I am gone." The golden-haired teen winked at the witch looking member of the group and dove into the water. Rina came back up to listen to Blade's song.
Rani grinned in hearing she was a spawn hunter. It wasn't often you met one, but he finally did. Being partly hunting them too, was a different story for him. "That is just what my sister and I am looking for. Adventure. We'll team up with anyone." Rani said while leaning against a tree. Once Blade started to sing, Rani closed his eyes.
Rina grinned and pulled herself out of the water. She had only been in for a few moments, but the song was too compeling. She shook herself off and rejoined the group with her stuff. Upon hearing part of the song, Rina joined in.

((Ebon means a very dark black. It's short for "Ebony" which is a black, very hard type of wood. Ho' s**t, Doom made his character's name symbolic! >O))

Ebon chuckled to himself, to a near point where only he could hear it. She was trying to flatter him again. How so very amusing it was, true it was though. Or that's what Ebon agreed on. Conceited? Ya, you bet. For some odd reason he was proud of it, too. But then she stuck her tongue out at him! "Well, that was uncalled for..." Ebon thought to himself, yet again laughing.

Then the sound of music reached his ears. The first part of the first verse continued to echo through his ears, tuning out everything else that was going on. "Time passes, people move. Like a river's flow it never ends. A childish mind turns to noble ambition, young love becomes deep affection. The clear water's surface reflects growth..." It was something his father, also the elder of his village, had said to him. It was one of those 'deep moments' that all Elf elders have once in a while. It seemed pointless at the time, but now that Ebon is older he understood what his father's point was. That's for a different time, though. ((I've been playing to much LoZ x_x))

When the music stopped, Ebon returned back to reality. He looked over at Blade with a prankish look on his face. "Pretty good music. Oh, and I like that idea of us joining up together. Going crazy, good. Crazy s**t, good. You look hot in tight, wet clothes, gooooood." Ebon said jokingly, as he began to laugh at the last part of his speech.

Eni tilted her head at the confusion around her. People were speaking so fast in the language that she hardly understood. She didn't want to say a word since people tended to look at her funny because of her dialects. And her outfit. And her androgynous appearance. And her weapons. There were just too many things about the girl that made her look like a foreigner. Or an outsider.

Watching the girl who was swimming came up and sang, Eni didn't quite understand what the song was about though the tune was rather beautiful. Music wasn't something that Eni was exposed to in her cave. Too much echo and the Witches didn't indulge themselves in the arts...unless it was sorcery of course.

Eni, however, did understand the travelling together thing and her eyes bolted open as a grin traced her lips. She opened her mouth for the first time since she arrived and said in her brokenly, "You can... with I go too?" Then she frowned and winced, thinking that it didn't sound too right. She tried again and said, "Um... Please to go with you? Es travels the lands for mission search."

The girl tilted her head with a little embarassed pout and added, "Es' name called Eni. Es is from... cave very far off... So... um... not very good Es can speak." She stuck out her tongue, feeling more embarassed about herself than her entire life. She sulked and sat down a little far off from the group, her arms still tucked into her robe.

Trisha heard the beautiful singing, the vocal and words getting the best of through her earthly nature. Before she knew it she wa son the other side of the glistening lake and looking over the camp fire. As she looked around she saw diffrent faces, but one stood out the most. The one singing, she I know of...but I dont remember where from...

Trisha came out of her thoughts to once again look down at everyone sitting around the fire and was still half lost in another world when the fox she had nurtured rubbed up against her leg. Looking down she could see teh creature of the forest was lonely. It's family must have been killed.

Leaning down on her legs so her knees jutted out in front of her she turned to the fox, ignoring everyone elses looks, as she pet the Fox and feed it some berries she had scrougned up from one of her many pockets.

[[ Hello I'm new to this guild and this will be my first guild. I do hope I don't do anything to mess something up. I'm still learning ^_^ ]]

Appearing as quick and almost instantly under water Aiko opened her mouth to breathe but quickly covered her lips. Her solid deep green eyes watched the air bobbles rise in front of her. She was utterly and completely confused as to how she seemed to find herself in yet another funny situation. Though, this situation was far from funny, she didn't have time to think on how she showed up in her current location. What worried her was the thought of where she was. How deep was she under water or was there an opening above her? For all she knew she could be somewhere in the ocean. The ocean...damn, now that would be funny...after she died from freezing to death. The water was rather chilling.

Setting aside the troublesome thoughts she put her hand above her, pushing down and switching with the other and doing the same, swimming to the top. All the while she continued to talk to herself as a way of comforting herself and not to panic. Aiko told herself that it wasn't that bad and if she made it to the top, she may have fell into a deep pool inside the cave. Yeah, the cave, as much as she hated being in that cave it sure did sound like a good place to be she had been wondering inside an endless cave among the mountains for weeks, on her long journey and ended up getting lost. Lucky for her she had food to eat, being attacked by the occasional creature of some sort came in handy.

One stroke followed by another almost instantly. 'Just make it to the top,' she thought. Her lungs began to undergo a horrid feeling of thin air but she was almost there. She was swimming to fast and her ears began to feel as if they were going to pop. Heh...it's better then drowning. Her eyes were now fixed on the bright light of the moon shining through the clear yet dark water. Perhaps she was out of the cave or maybe it finally got the best of her, it was her imagination, and she was already dead. Aiko clinched her teeth trying to focus her hazy vision above her. 'Just make it to the top,' she thought again.

Finally her slender fingers cracked the surface of the water followed by Aiko's lunching head coughing up what ever water was in her mouth. Her hand smacking the water and her lungs gratefully greeted the air; she waved her arms at her side to stay a float. Her hair fell from its ponytail and hovered on the surface of the water expanding out from her body. Once she was fine and received as much air she needed she paused. Her facial impression was screwed up as if something smelled terrifying but only from confusion. She turned in the water looking around at the rather nicely sized lake. Then towards the forests, blinking a few more times when she finally spotted the small group of people. Some how some way she was out of the cave, "yes!" she called a small sign of victory to herself.

Aiko hurried out of the water swimming to a shallow end of the lake about en feet from their camp. She swam to a point where her feet touched the ground and walked until the water level met her shoulders. She turned her head seeing another female tending to a small fox. Now she had to figure out where she was and how she got there. She searched the back of her mind walking out of the water. As she ascended from the lake the water sled off her slender cut body as if it never wanted to leave, hugging her every curve.

Aiko combed her fingers through her wet jet black hair pulling it back off her chocolate colored skin that shined lightly in the moon light and even more because she was soaked. Her attire was rather reviling but it was something of which she was use too and never thought twice about. Her green eyes glistened in the moonlight almost making her seem unreal. She tapped the toe of her foot on the ground once she was finally out of the water, still in thought. She was rather short and seemed almost like a child but with the body shape of a woman. Yes, her body was moving but her mind was trapped in its own chambers of thought. She even managed to block out the ear pleasing song that traveled softly in the air. "How in the world did I get here?" she mumbled to herself.

Blade rolled her eyes at Ebon's comment about how she looked wearing tight wet clothes. "Oh, you men are all the same! I'll have to get you for that comment later on, so you better watch out!" Blade laughed before setting her harp down and then looking over at the newcomer, listening carefully to what she said and nodded. This... Eni girl did speak funny and her clothes were different, so it was obviously without her having to say anything that she wasn't from around anywhere close by. These lands were probably foreign to her. Blade nodded and patted the spot next to her for Eni to sit down on.

"Come on, sit next to me near the fire. You look cold." Blade answered, though she spoke slower than she usually would so the other would be able to understand her. "I am a good tracker and know my way around even places that I have never been to, so I can keep you from getting lost."

With that said Blade picked up her harp again and started to tune it. The strings were old so they untuned annoyingly fast. Blade would have to finally get around to buying new strings, it was just a matter of time before one of the strings on this harp broke. She was actually surprised that one hadn't done so already. As Blade tuned her harp she said this: "You're name is Rina, right? You've got a really pretty voice."

It seemed as if a miniature party had formed itself in the night. Blade had joined several small groups before, but usually after just about a week they would all split up since they usually just joined together in order to make it easier to travel until they reached a town of some sort. Blade blinked as she heard the sound of moving water and saw someone walking out into the shore. Then they just stood there. Well this was wierd. Well, if the person decided that they wanted to get warm by a fire and walked over then that would fine. Blade finished tuning the harp and started playing again, but this time she didn't sing. Instead she just let the harp sing by itself, looking out over the water. She couldn't sense any spawns that were close by. Any that she could feel were miles upon miles off, way out in the distance. The only time when Blade could get such a coverage over a wide space was during the night. The best times were when the moon was at its smallest and the night ruled over everything.

Blade stopped her playing and stretched her arms forward towards the fire before setting her harp to a side and then laying down on her back; using her cloak as a blanket. She turned her head and looked over at Eni with a small smile. "You should get some sleep, Eni." With that said Blade rolled on her side and closed her eyes, taking in a deep breath before falling asleep. As she slept she could still see what the shadows were telling her, including the soft constant humming of the earth and the trees. The water remained still and quiet, only occasionally making noise. Blade would occasionally open her eyes when a sound woke her up but would fall asleep fast. You had to be a light sleeper when you camped out in the woods, or anywhere else out in the wilderness.

Nora leaned back against the trunk of the huge ironoak tree. She sat on a thick branch high above that swayed a little in the night wind but did well to conceal her from the ground. Absentmindedly she twirled her long staff, made in fact from an ironoak, by her own hands. Just above her on another branch sat a keen eyed silver falcon who whistled quietly at her and stretched his black tipped feathers against the breeze. With an aggravated sigh she stood, trusting her well practiced balance to keep her alive and began to pace back and forth, her red highlights glinting softly as her long brown hair whipped back and forth. Damn!

She listened to the song that drifted upwards from the nearby clearing and struggled within herself. "I have lived alone with none but the trees and forestlings for this long Kyr, why should I want for company now? Damn! They hunt as I do, they were all misplaced by that beast, that thing, as I was yes?" The falcon clucked angrily and his talons dug into the hard bark. She stopped her pacing and looked at the bird. "You too want revenge, I know this. Do we need them though? Do I even remember how to interact with people? DAMN!" She could have sworn the bird rolled his eyes at her. Pointing a slim finger at him she opened her mouth but made no sound.

Instead she smoothed her blouse and rebinded her forearms with dark green cloth. She checked her wood colored corsett and retied all the strings, patting all her varioius baggy pants pockets, hidden or not, holding various items and scrounged out an ivory comb. It did not take too long to work on her hair, leaving it smooth and mostly streight with all its layers. She tossed her cloak over her shoulders, checked her sword and daggers and then stopped, her face cross. "DAMN!

Her soft boots did not make a sound though her various buckled pockets clinked annoyingly as she leaped lithely from brach to branch. When she reached the clearing she waited for Kyr to soar like a silver shadow into the firelight and give a beautiful but haunting hunters cry before gracefully dropping into view, at the edge of the clearing, hooded and cloaked for effect. As she streightened she held out an arm for Kyr and tossed back her hood revealing her rather pretty face made all the more exotic by her tatoo of a tigers stripe angling from her right eye to her chin. Dazzling green eyes sweeped over the assembled folk and she stood proud and unafraid.

"I wish to join your hunt," was all she said but her thoghts were focused on one thought. damn. She had only just realized they were mostly asleep..........

((If you're posting a reply to this, you cannot make it morning in your post. If you have nothing to do, just have your characters going to sleep.))

Ebon gave off a little 'Pfft' to Blade's comment as he fell against the side of his body, his head on top of his palm. This... Eni person wanted to join them. At least that's what Ebon got form her speech, which was actually pretty good for a foreigner. "Don't ask me." Ebon said as he pointed towards Blade, suggesting that they should ask her.

His eyes were slowly closing from the soothing music that was playing. He would have fell asleep too, but yet another person approached them! What the hell? Were they all eavesdropping on them or something? "Look, I'm tired. Stay here the night and we'll decide tomorrow morning." Ebon said with his eyes still closed. "If you can't wait, oh well, your loss." With that said he trailed off to sleep. His sword Stalior was kept concealed under his cape, which was also kept pressed against his chest.

Rina giggled hearing Ebon's flattering of Blade. She was beautiful, but making a comment could get someone hurt. Although no one ever commented to her about her looks. The boys in the village always made fun of her. Remembering the village Rina gave a small smile to herself.
Rina snaped out of her thoughts when Blade spoke to her. "Oh, yes. Thank you. I sing as a hobby. You have a very pretty voice, too." The blonde teen smiled her warm smile at the older woman. Turning her attention to Eni, Rina stood and walked over to her. Her curiousity of the woman's outfit toke over her. She sat down next to her, forgetting how cold she was without her full outfit on. "Hi." Rina said sweetly.

Rani gave a grin at Ebon's comment. No matter how iritated a woman could get, when she was beautiful, she is beautiful. He knew he should not have agreed to it, but what Riona didn't know, wouldn't hurt her.
Rani looked up at the other newcomer. She wasn't that bad looking either. Oddly, all the women in the group were good looking. All, but Rina. Then again she is his sister. Noticing everyone going to sleep, Rani stood and walked to the edge of the camp. He slept well last night, so he could do well with just missing one night's sleep.
