As long as you keep your critisism constructive, you have The Man (that's me) on your side. Quite often my bitchiness is shrouded by my sarcasm. It kind of softens and sharpens the blow at the same time. It's very fun and effective. Plus, "YOU'RE A STUPID-a** b***h WHO NEEDS TO PICK UP A ******** BOOK," just dosen't bring about the right kind of results. (By the way, that's not what I was trying to say in my post.
