@_@ "I...told you...not to run into...anymore trees..." He murmered, slightly dissy. Slowly he moved into a sitting position, holding onto the clearly angered fox.

"And I told you," Fre took a big gasp of air, "it ran into me." She studied the fox closely, wondering what it was supposed to do now. It looked at her rather crossly and she stuck her tounge out at it. She wasn't the one who got caught, now was she? "So, what happens now?" She crawled over to sit next to Raken and continued to stare at the fox.

"Watch." He gently let go of the creature and it ran off a few steps before stopping, turning, and sitting down to look at him. "Come." Hesitantly, relucantly, the fox walked over to him and sat down again infront of the pae. "success."

"Neat," she breathed as she looked over at Raken. A smile crossed her face as she wrapped an arm around his shoulders and pulled him into a half hug. "We did it! Well...you did it...but still!"

"Hey!" He softly cried, a blush starting to seep across his face at the half-hug. Awkwardedly he pushed away, releasing the dark orb in him to have the creature dissapate. "A kiss to a hug, soft of have gone backwards haven't we?" He lightly teased.

"Do you want me to kiss you?" she teased right back. Giggling, and well blushing slightly, she leaned over and kissed him on the cheek. "Happy?" Like a little kid brat she stuck out her tounge and laughed.

He froze, eyes wide. Quickly he shook his head. "You are strange." Raken smoothly stood, brushing himself off lightly

Well great...good job Fre. She sighed at the wasted moment and stood up herself. Running a hand through her hair she blushed a very deep red. She cleared her throat loudly, "So...um...what do we do now?" Then an idea came to her. "Wait! I got an idea. I'll race you to the lake!" A grin came across her face as she got down low, ready to take off.

"Boo, no fair!" she shouted at him before taking off. As before she had no trouble catching up to him. Giggling she passed him up as they reached the clearing and she tried to maintain a steady lead.

Wings pressing against him, he continued after her. "Lets make this interesting...if I win, you have to let me read for a full day without interruption."

Fre smiled smugly, "Fine then. If I win you have to go on a date with me and have fun!" Now she was more than determined not to lose. With a date hanging in the balance there was no way she was going to let him win. Fre pressed her wings even more tightly against her body and took off. They were half-way through the clearing now and she could just make out the edge of the forest.

"A date? With you? I don't think so!" There was no way that he was letting her win now, no way. He sped up, going into the sort of mind frame he had been in when chasing the fox, only she was the fox. The pae managed to run up just two feet from behind her.

Fre turned to look over her shoulder and honestly wasn't too surprised he was there. She quickly snapped her head back around in time to miss yet another tree. I seem to be a magnet for those things. They were at the edge of the other end of the clearing and closing on the lake. Lucky for her she had walked these woods thousands of times and knew a short-cut to the lake. Quickly she darted off to the left, hoping to shake him.
