I'm definately Christian. I even prayed for Bob&Gerard a few weeks ago at fellowship. ^^
Yep... But I listen to just whatever music sounds good. I don't pay attention to whether it hates God or not, and if anyone else has a problem with that, I'd like to see them try to change my mind. I'm a stubborn little child. D:

I'm Christian, too. My church is Baptist... as in, always-wear-skirts-don't-go-to-movie-theaters-and-only-listen-to-God-music-you-can't-dance-to-no-matter-how-hard-you-try-Baptist. I'm the worst one. ^-^ I think they'd die if they had a Reeshi-cam. Anyway, one of the things I like most about My Chem is that they don't get involved in typical after-party activities like drinking and whatnot. They go to Wal-Mart. XD

Akae Wow! This is great! Im a true Christian and I enjoy MCR with all my heart! I thought I was like one of the few. But I see that a lot of you Chrstian MCR fans think the same as I do. I'm feeling pretty good about now. LOL. Though my mom think's Gerard is one wierdo. I laugh. Mom's... rolleyes Me too, I'm a Christian, but I love MCR! I don't see what's wrong with liking other music than Christian music, personally.

I'm a stubborn little child. D: Exactly, I listen to music thats sounds good, I don't care if the band doesn't believe in God, that's thier choice, and that doesn't mean thier bad people either.

 Can you stake my heart?I'm a Christian. I'm sure my grandmother wouldn't approve of the music I listen to since she goes to church EVERY Sunday. I do pray alot, I pray for others aswell as myself. Can you stake me before the sun goes down?

I would say I'm christian. I was bought up christian anyway. I'm pretty s**t at it. I've got what I believe but I don't go to church or anything(except on easter and christmas eve coz my parents make me). I don't pray alot just when I've got someone important to me that needs it. Theres some stuff my parents think that I don't agree with, like the other day we were watching top madel(yes I watch it and it will be old to most of you now so if you watch don't tell me what happens) and there was a chick who was like I don't agreed with your lifestyle to jay and jay about them being gay or whatever and I was like thats a real good idea to say to someone thats gonna decide if you're in or not and mum said something about not agreing with it either. Thing is I thought God was all about the love so how can you discriminate someone just coz they happen to love someone of the same sex rather than the opposite?
Any way thats my ramble. It's kinda longer than I expected.

I totally agree with you. I don't know why people are trying to stop people who love each other. My older brother is...well..you know, so I take it offensively when poeple say bad stuff about people who are gay, because they are just normal people who just want to be accepted for who they are. Okay, i'll stop now, because i'm getting off topic XD whoopsies

littleredbowxx I love Thank You For the Venom because hardcore christians piss me off.
It 's like, if you're really into being christian, then good for you. But I don't wanna hear about how you're better than me because you believe in Jebus. I take serious offense to that as I consider myself a truly devoted Christian. People that say they're better than anyone aren't true Christians. They may go to church, but they are not following Christ in a good way. Christ preaches against pride, and teaches us to love and cherish every person, even if they're sinners. It's not our duty to judge them, that duty belongs to our Lord.

I am christian. I go to church every sunday, go to youth Sunday evening, but I don't look forward to it really. But I am christian, and thats what I plan to be.
s**t. Writing this reminded me I have to go to a Lasagna Lunch today... Stupid old people and their thinking youth will feed them well..

ghostmelody It has come to my attention that the TOMCRG community is, how should I put this, not exactly a popular Christian hangout. Now don't take that the wrong way; I don't have any problem with people who aren't religious. But I was just curious as to how many My Chemical Romance fans are also devote Christians (or even Jewish or Islamic) like me.
Now, I know the poll is kind of personal, which is why I'm not demanding you vote on it. But I would honestly like to know what the breakdown of MCR fans believe in. I don't know why, but if for some reason I get in trouble for posting this, I can honestly say I have no idea why. I don't believe there is any problem with discussing religion outside of church. I actually believe it should be more common. Religion shouldn't have to be a touchy subject.
P.S: I'm truly sorry about the option of 'other'. In all honesty, I would love to be able to list every religion on Earth, but I know I would fail if I tried. Please don't take it as an offense if your religion is not one of the named categories.
