I hate to ruin your creativity but dnd characters killing each other and wearing their heads as leather hats has so been done. rolleyes

My barbaric buddy Cross Vansaint likes to take the skulls from things he kills and make clothes out of them... his characters have also peed on many dead bad guys.

HA! My main real-world campaign character is a Gnomish Sorceror. It's an evil campaign with my character an Elven wizard a fighter and a barbarian. His catch phrasis are (for whenever the barbarian or fighter does something like that) "I hate mele characters" Or whenever he is around Gnomes. "What are you going to say when your life ends and you find out that God is a giant?"
