It's hard to say, like many of you have pointed out. However, Armstrong seems to me to have a little more of an advantage becasue he has ranged and close combat attack maneuvers while Mustang seems to be better suited to ranged attacks. I think Armstrong could conceivably win over Mustang though. SPARKLE ATTACK!!! rofl

Okay...while holding back my extreme fangirl love for Roy Mustang (which is a challenge, mind you...) I will still have to go with the Colonel. As far as Armstrong goes, yes, he can fire projectiles and they would explode in Roy's flame...blah blah blah...but let's look at their MENTALITY. Armstrong would never be able to fight Roy because of his loyalty to him. And, let's not forget how Armstrong acts on the battlefield. Roy keeps his cool exterior and calmness about him at all times. Besides, unless Armstrong can get rid of Roy's gloves, other than earth moving, what else can he do? And the time it takes for Armstrong to make one set of projectiles, Roy could snap his fingers like ten times.
Enough said. ROY MUSTANG IS VICTORIOUS.
