The officer scowled. "A firm warning? You know, this sort of thing could arouse a fine.. But since it's your first offense.. We guess we'll let you go on a strict warning. If you return to this art gallery..." Nev quirked a brow. A threat? "You will be put on strict watch."
The girl gave a big, plastic smile and nodded to the officers. "Thank you! We'll return once our kids are more.. disciplined." She gave a shooting glare at the weasel who smiled anxiously. What was he in for? His ma was one of freakish tempers and moodswings, and she didn't take kindly to screwups like this.. Oh well? He usually got out of punishments, s'long he did something productive.. Chewing his lip, Roule rummaged through the chores from the house... anything to distract the scary woman would work.
Looking over to JD, Nev gave a brief sigh as the officers left. "Ohmygod I can't believe we got off with just a warning.. Geez, you guys, what were you thinking? 'Specially you, mia vita, I read you the patch that said no touch!" Rubbing her forehead in an exasperated way, "...then again, I guess you're a kid. Now you know never to do this again."
Roule straightened up and grinned, standing next to Nara. The sirens had turned off. Ma was excusing him! Yeeesss! No chores AND no punishment. He always thought his ma was lenient, if a bit scary at the same time. Though, it may be a long time before they could come back, but he didn't mind much.
"You leeving?" He asked Nara, with just the tiniest of pouts. Today had actually figured to be quite fun, despite the scary ugly men and other things. The gray-haired boy certainly was interesting, to say the least.
