Headed outside of Amerkand 8:13 AM
Sachara saw the dragon stop, and the bard that had saved her talking to it. "Oh no!" she said aloud. "I swear, I just can't win!" she huffed, but was determined to find out what such a creature was doing in Amerkand. "Well, I'll just have to keep following." she took a deep breath, and walked to the guards.
"Your business?"
Sachara thought for a moment. She couldn't hear what Isina had said, so she was on her own. "Shouldn't you be worried about what enters the city, not what leaves?"
The guard scowled, "You don't travel much, do you little girl?"
Sachara huffed, "Little girl!?" Oh, I know I'm going to get myself into toruble!!! she forced herself not to draw her staff. "Well, kind sir," she said, regaining a softer tone of voice, "I traveled into Amerkand, so I must have some experience. It is not common for elves to actually live here, or atleast be born here, I'm sure."
"If you don't have twenty copper, you can't leave the city, whenther you have business or not."
Sachara cursed under her breath and searched her tunic for her small leather coinage bag. It still remained empty. She sighed, and turned away from the guard, rejected.
There has to be another way out... Sh stopped, "Of course. I can use magic." Now she felt really stupid for not realizing it sooner.
She hurried into a small alley, and drew the staff from her back. "What to use..." She thought for a moment, but couldn't remember how ot cloak. "This figures..." She sat down, leaning against the building. "how can I manipulate the magic to cloak me if I don't remember how!?" She stood up, and thrust her staff into the dirt at her feet. she closed her eyes, and the magic lifted the dust and dirt up around her. She made circles wit her staff, and the dust clung to her, as the magic turned it, and her, invisable. "Well, it won't last long, it's a weak spell, but I should be able to sneak though.," she said, slightly out of breath.
Slinging the staff back on ot her back (it was, too, cloaked), she hurried out of the alley, making her steps light, and into the crowd leaving through the gates. Making sure not to run into anyone, she joined the crowd and easily left the city, seeking Isina and the small dragon once more.
(That was a long post. crying )

((Eek! Sorry it took me so long! I've had so many things to do in real life, I haven't given a thought to roleplaying for a while sweatdrop sorry! ))
Hiding just outside Amerkand 8:15
Linith was just about to give up hope on the success of Ailfey's solitary mission when she caught a fammilar glimpse of auburn hair, standing out among the dirty, covered heads of peasants and travelers. Linith felt a little pang in her heart at this.
I haven't seen little Isinia in so long; I wonder how she is changed?
She did not, however, spot her little dragon friend, but he could easily be hidden amongst the traffic on the road. It was no matter; he would come back to her momentarily.
Frightened somewhat to remove herself from her hiding place, lest someone spot her and question as to why she was hiding, she whistled lowly to call Ailfey to her side. His ears were sharp; even among all the chatter around him, and the softness of her call, Ailfey would return to her if he was close at hand.
Surely enough, Linith soon noticed with relief that her little friend had scampered over to her - and luckily, no one else had.
Linith watched the place she last saw her sister in the crowd, hoping she was still following Ailfey. It seemed that she was, indeed, heading her way.
Then she noticed - there was another heading her way, as well - following her sister.
Linith stowed her little friend away in her pack with a murmer of appreciation and a stroke on his scaly head, then rose.
She made sure she knew the location of the stone spearhead that would be affixed to her staff in case of danger, and waited, and watched warily for the two to arrive.

(Yay, it;s working now.... xd )
Just outside of Amerkand 8:27 AM
Sachara did the best she could to kepe the cloaking spell up, but knew it was fading. Still, she snuck behind the bard, keeping a safe distance, watching to see what she was doing. I wonder why she's looking outside the city. Maybe she's helping another criminal? Sachara doubted it, considering when Isina had saved her, she hadn't know she saved a criminal.

Just outside Amerkand 8:30 a.m.
That annoying, high pitched, much-too-happy voice - that all-too-annoying fammilar nickname uttered in fammilar tones - Linith certainly knew her sister when she heard her.
She emerged from behind the trees just enough to be partially hidden. Indeed, it was Isinia - grown up a bit more than when Linith had last seen her, but it was most certainly Isinia, through and through. Something in her heart twisted, fammilar recollections and the length of their parting coming back to her.
"You little brat!" she said good-naturedly, slightly irked though smirking to herself. "Call your sister by her name."
Ailfey poked his head out and chirrped at his master's companion in haughty affirmation.

8:32 AM
Linith forced herself to swallow the anger that came with her sister's reply, at her childish insistence to annoy her. Some things never change.
"This is not the most opportune time or place to talk. You can either return with me to the wilds or..I shall return with you to the city." She smiled. "I should like to see where you now live - if you live anywhere, you street rat - and you must tell me how you've gotten on these past years. Come, let us away some place so we may talk."

"As much as I would like to show you Amerkand," Isina started, "I don't exactly have any money. Nothing. I used it all to get out of the city. I suppose you're broke, too?" She didn't wait for her sister's reply, figuring well enough that nature-goers like her wouldn't have need of money. She looked around at the huge towering walls and the fairly well-guarded gates. A grin crept across her face. "How about we scale the walls? Couldn't be too hard."

Just outside of Amerkand 8:38 AM
Sachara looked on, still slightly cloaked, though it was almost worn off. she watched them, trying to listen in on their conversation while keeping at a safe distance incase her cloak did wear off soon. It didn't seem to concern her, but she was still interested. Scaling the walls will be difficult probably, if the other didn't do it in the first place... she thought, looking on, not realizing her cloack had entirly fallen off.

((I have neglected you guys farrr too long. Will you ever forgive me? sweatdrop ))
8:40 a.m.
While Linith was just about to answer her sister's absurd suggestion with a biting remark, Ailfey scrambled up to her shoulder and made low-pitched, frantic warning noises in her ear.
Her sister's idiocy forgotten instantly, she turned to find a stranger standing nearby where previously there had only been empty air. The adrenaline shot through her veins and she whipped her spear to face the interloper, eyes flashing with animalistic intensity.
"Who are you?!"

8:41
Just now, Sachara realized that her cloak had fallen from her into a rig of discarded dirt at her feet. She looked over the girl, stunned and wide-eyed. "Well- I... I'm..." she wasn't afraid to answer; that wasn't the case. she was just shocked at being seen. "My name is Sachara," she finally managed out, getting hold of her mind once more.

Isina was surpirsed at her sister's caution, even more surpirsed to hear the familiar voice. "Sachara?" Isina questioned, popped out behind the rock to face the elf. "Sachara, what are you doing here?" Her tone was friendly and kind, more curious as to why her recent acquaintance was here than from any malice at her sudden appearance. "Don't mind my sister, here," she laughed, gesturing at her still-at-the-ready sister. "Linith, this is Sachara. Sachara, meet my skittish sister, Linith. Lenny, put the spear down, she's harmless."

8:48 (am?)
"Isina?" Sachara was, frankly, surprised, even though she had follorwed the bard. Might I remind you I burnt down that building and had an angry mob after me...? Sachara thought at the 'harmless' comment. she forced herself to shrug it off, It... was an accident.... the thought to herself. "Er... Yeah, i'm not here to hurt you! Eh heh.... please put the spear down....?" she looked nervously at the blade on the spear, never really liking pointed object.

8:50 a.m.
Linith's eyes darted from her sister, to the stranger, and back again.
"You know this ruffian?" She could tell by the looks of this newcomer (what did she say her name was? Sac..Sarachara? Schara?) that she wasn't a exactly wholesome do-gooder.
Linith, neither are you, her subconcious reminded her.
She sighed. Her sister certainly had a knack for the befriending of all sorts of people, but her judgement was usually sound. Reluctantly, Linith lowered her spear.
Ailfey took this as a sign that a new friend had joined their midst, and scampered over to Sachara to sniff at, experimentally n** at, and generally get to know this new friend. He rarely got an opportunity to explore a new person.
Linith started at his leap from her shoulder to the ground, but decided it couldn't be helped, and hoped Sarachareraaia (whatever-her-name-is) had a strong constitution for inquisitive reptiles.
She turned back to her sister. "Now, back to the task at hand - getting back into the city." She inwardly cringed at the thought. "You know, we still don't have to go back..."
