NeverMoreBlue my_dark I would also recommend nair, if your mom is alright with that. that stuff itches like no tommarrow.. my poor legs T-T, stick to the razor.. I've had bad experiences with Nair- how is it that it works well for others and is so recommended?
It is very badly itchy, and my skin gets all irritated and I get red bumps all over that took forever to go away. And it hurt.
It didn't even work for me, either! All that pain for no results. T_____T

NAIR.
USE IT.
It worked wonders on my arms, and you could do it yourself. I did get some ingrown hairs near the inside of my elbows, but they're healing after two days.

i support cupcakes...Oh yes, I am bi-racial as well; half Filipino and my arms have quite a bit of hair thanks to my mom. Just don't worry about it. If you REALLY don't want it just shave it off. and eating them =]

Ugh.
I have the same problem, but it's a bit worse.
I am also bi-racial (half caucasian, half mexican). So I have very dark hair, but very pale skin.
It's super noticeable on me, and I'm trying to think of a method of permanent removal.

Caillech is right about how the hair on your arms will look darker and seem like more hair (I had really hair arms to so I shaved it and it looked like it doubled and it's really really dark crying P.S. I have dirty blonde hair the hair on my arms was nearly black it fanily blond again)

Well, I shaved my arms once (my hair's kinda dark on my skin too...dark brown hair but I'm kinda tan so it's not insanely noticeable) and it made the hair a lot thinner, so you can maybe do that once and that should thin it out. Maybe ask if you can once?
The myth about it growing back thicker is false I thought, but it could be different for different people.

I don't know, because I shave my arms.
But I believe that rumor bout the hair growing back darker an thicker isn't true.
I only have to shave my arms once a week, and my legs once every three weeks the latest. My hair gets thiner and it takes a looooong time to grow (except for my head).
I wonder, does it depend on genetics? But really, if you keep on shaving, it will get thinner. Maybe you can pursued her?

Keep in mind whatever hair you remove (by any method) can and will come back thicker and darker... If you don't want to keep up with the up keep your best bet is to stick to longsleeves, arm-guards, and ect. Being Spanish-Portuguese-Irish and lots of fun other hairy ethnicities not to mention the child and younger sibling of comestologists...I know all too well...

I'm very very pale with very pale hair and I used to shave them back in highschool, but it NEVER came in thicker. Ever. I don't get it. Oo; Maybe it's just darker hair, who knows, but it never did. It's the same on my legs. It never got thick like other people, but it was there and it bothered me. xDD Leg hair + lolita = ick. xD
