Ger grinned back idiotically. "Trina, you are alright, that is all I care about." the cub, growing juvenile, looked up at his female companion. She looked worried and confused, but that wasn't waht made him smile, it was her beauty. Sure he would smile at her, but now seeing her safe and he being worried, it seemed...different. "Trina." he sighed in relief as he nuzzled her softly, "heh, yeah, I can't stand being without you." he replied sarcasically. Ger was used to signs of affection to his mother, but to Trina, it was different, just signs he thought but were they?
Ger doubled back, "Trina we got to get out of here. There are hyenas everywhere, and with out calls just now, they may hunt us." he replied, concerned more for her than himself. He knew Yakuti posed no real threat, but what of the others. Ger nudged the female, "Please? I don't want to see you hurt...or worse."

Trina stared at him for some time "Something is not right is it?" she asked "Is it the hyenas? I smell them close, so close.." she walked closer to Ger "Maybe we could take them?" She puffed her tin chest. She wanted to protect him, but knew he would be a much better warrior than herself.
She then held her breath. He did not want to see het get hurt?.. It was not like any of the lions that took interest in her cared about her, and she did not mind that. She did not ask for their care or worry, just enjoyable company. But with Ger, somehow knowing that he cared about her made her realize maybe she was in for something she did not ask, or even wish for. It was not like she could help it "You care about me? But why?" she asked, her voice now devoid of her seducing tone. This time, as she adressed him, she was Trina and nothing more.

Ger nodded and his teal eyes looked around, "There are hyenas, and they outnumber us." he murmured. "Trina, let's get out of here, I should not have brought you here to begin with." Ger's heart start to worry and freak out at the slightest sounds, even if he was making them. His paws subtly moved around dirt and bones making noises.
Trina asked him a question that made him sort of....blush. "Because....you cared about me." he replied remembering her comforting him on the way here. Trina reminded him of his mother, but of his own age. Actually, Trina was his only female friend. And he didn't want her hurt. "Trina, could we please get out of here?" he pleaded. It was the best time to without having to encounter any to little hyenas.

Trina smiled peacefully and put a reassuring paw on Ger's chest. She somehow resembled her mother in her sane days. "Don't worry.. We will get out of here alright..." She put her honey colored paw down "And besides if it is with you, danger is better than any peace I can ever have" She siwshed her tail nervously. Was she overdoing it a bit?... or was it because she suspected she meant those?... Trina let out a soft sigh.
"Lets go and get ourselves somewhere safe, and maybe sleep a little? Because I am tired" The young lioness yawned, showing of her tiny sharp teeth. She nodded and started to walk her way out of the graveyard. The hyenas somehow seem to have vanished... or were they simply walking into a trap? Well it was unlikely these hyenas would go into so much trouble to set up a trap for such young lions as themselves.
