(Didn't know that, and that kinda screws up my entire character then x_X; Lemme try and fix him...
Order of the Bow Init required me to have BAB of 5, now that I know this, I kinda have to backtrack and remake him, so I can recalc BAB and Saves too...
It'll take a little for me to do this, bear with me o.o and sorry for the inconvienience, first time working Gestalt style)

(Fixed it, it was less painful then I thought. Just reduced Ranged Precision's damage and added a new feat, anyways. We using those rolls you did? If so, my init's 19, forgot to add in the Battle Fortitude into my initiative o.o; )

[Initiative : 4 + 15 = 19]

AC 29, HP 108, Ranged Attack +25/+20/+15

(Touch - 17, Flat-Footed - 22. The rules also state that it's on surprise rounds where someone is caught flat-footed because their inability to see and react to the action. We are both aware of each other, so there's no surprise round, so it's towards my touch AC)

-Drawing his bow back, Davian darted 10 ft. over to another tree, the winds whispering with a low shot as Davian cried out into the air, taking aim and firing afterward-

"In the name of Corellon, may he guide my arrow's flight and slay my target!"

Attack Roll - 18 + 26 (25 +1 Point Blank Shot) = 44 Hit

[Current AC = 32, Touch 20, Flat-footed 25 until my next action via Skirmish ability (+3 competence bonus)]

you deal 41 damage to me, even if i did have to make a save i would pass as my fort is 22
