Nereida had elected to stay home from this outing, which worked fine for Silverah and Darsais. Nereida probably wouldn't have liked their destination, anyways. Stepping around a cluster of trees, Silverah spotted Nauticah and her blue-haird progeny.
"Hey!" she called, announcing their presence. Motioning to herself and Darsais, she added, "Care if we join?"

Nauticah glanced up, and then smiled brightly. "Hey Silvy! Sure, you can join!" she called back as she waved her arm in the air. "Is that Darsais with you?"
"Of course it is, duuur." Zwart interjected, in which his only reply to that was a sharp glare from Gwyn, Naria, and Nauticah.
Daichi picked his soccer ball back up and ran over to Silvy and Darsais. "HI! I'm Daichi! Wanna play soccer with me?"
Nauticah smiled broadly at Daichi ad his friendliness towards the two. She hoped that the two kybernetikas woud get along, but as of yet she was unsure.

Darsais looked up at Daichi and wondered why EVERYONE had to be taller than her. Couldn't doc build just one Kybernetik who was her size or smaller?
"Sure," she replied, though judging from the size difference it would be a losing battle.

Daichi smiled brightly, and then dashed over to the opposite side of the 'field', which was next to his mother.
"Okay! You play soccer, right Darsais?" Daichi asked her as he held the ball in his hands still.
Nauticah blushed and sighed. Nereida hadn't come, which, was expected. Nevertheless, she felt somewhat guilty for the incident months back. She walked over to Silverah and blushed. "So, Nereida didn't come huh? Guess she didn't want chased around by Zwart again?"

Silverah shrugged. "Maybe. She said she had other stuff to do."
Darsais looked at the ball, which was possibly larger than her head, and nodded apprehensively. "A little."

Daichi smiled broadly. "I can teach you! It's really easy!"
He then dropped the ball, and kicked it. The ball soared (although, not very high) across the 'field, and easily arched past Darsais. Suddenly, Naria cried out again.
"GOOOAAAAAAAAAALL!"
Daichi dashed over to Darsais, and smiled. "It's simple, you kick the ball to the goal. You can't let the ball get past you and in your goal. Or Naria screams GOOAAL really loud..." He then turned to Naria slightly and squinted. "She's loud too."
--
Nauticah sighed, "other stuff aye? Oh well.... So how've you been?"

Darsais watched the ball whiz past and wondered if she could make it move like that. "Can I try?" she asked.
--
"Busy!" exclaimed Silverah. "Darsais and Nereida run circles around me!"

Daichi smiled brightly, and then made a mad-dash past Darsais and retrieved the ball, and returned shortly there after. Fast little bugger.
"Here you go." He said, setting the ball down in front of her. "Kick it."
--
"Hehe, I can see why." Nauticah chuckled, twirling her black hair around her right index finger. "You think I'm ready to take care of Daichi? It's been a trying few weeks... Darrion is in and out, I don't think he's entirely adapted to the thought very well... I just want to do right by Daichi... You do so well with Darsais, how do you do it?"

Darsais looked down at the ball and screwed her face into a frown, focusing on the checkered pattern. How had Daichi done it? She levered her leg back, but overshot, barely tapping the ball and sending her flying flat onto her back.
It would have been comical if it wasn't so frustrating.
With a sigh of disgust, she got up and brushed herself off.
"What did I do wrong?"
--
"Basically, I make sure they're fed and don't kill each other. Everything else is details," Silverah admitted, smiling.

Daichi couldn't resist from a few giggles at Darsais' attempt to kick the soccer ball which was probably bigger than her head. He then smiled, his eyes squishing up slightly.
"You kicked too high." Daichi stated, placing the ball slightly closer to her. "Try it again, just don't kick it too hard this time, okay?"
Nauticah glanced back over at Daichi and Darsais. "I think he's trying to teach her soccer... Poor Daichi thinks everyone is supposed to be great at sports like he is... I guess that's his speciality. At least, seems to be..."
Gwyn hopped up on her shoulder, sitting there quietly for a moment before he spoke. "I think your cousin Spice should be over soon." His voice was like that one would hear from an older butler, not a white cat. "She wants to see Daichi, er, more like... Well, you know."
"Oh, really? Hope Fredrick knows where he's going...he's still in training, y'know." Nauticah replied with a bit of a worried undertone. She then turned to Silverah, and smiled. "I don't think you've seen Spice for a while, have you?"
((Spice is the account Sp!ce, by the way. My secondary account. Er...actually my FIRST account but I treat it as a mule.))

Darsais scrunched up her face, looking stubbornly at the ball. She kicked it again, toes connecting squarely with the side of it, but it barely moved.
"I can't do it," she sighed. "I'm too little."
-----------
"No, I haven't," considered Silvy. In fact, she didn't believe she'd seen Spice in almost a year.

"I'm not that much bigger than you," Daichi commented, nudging the ball slightly with his foot to make it look like she kicked it more than she really had. "See? You kicked it."
Nauticah sighed, "yeah, Spice hasn't been out much lately..." Her voice dropped, and suddenly she stared down at the ground.

"Yes you are," Darsais objected stubbornly, approaching the ball again for another try. She kicked it again, moving it a little further this time.

Silvy picked up on the odd tone in her friend's voice. "Did... something happene to her?"

The hurried and sloppy pants of an easily exited Mochi pup became ever so clearer as a pup named Trawz came darting down to the small collection of kids and parents, and, uh... pets. An orange streak, the happy bundle of joy lept into the air and onto one Daichi, yelping happily and licking his face. It wasn't a suprise attack, persay, seeing as it was clear who the pup was going for. Or would have been if the little guy hadn't seemed to break the sound barrier a few times over as he came running in. Once happy, very little could get in the way of Trawz' tongue and his target.
He was like a cheek-seeking missile.
The pup's boy, Darrion, was following behind, obviously lagging behind the supersonic tongue rocket that was Trawz. The young florist sported a somewhat modified appearance as of late. Like for one, he was wearing a shirt. This was, quite obviously, a sign of great change, seeing as he'd spent literally months without wearing one. He also had changed the configuration of his flowing scarf, perhaps a new found sense of paternal caring making him want to have his full face more visable.
"Daichi! Nauti!" he said, slowing to to a spirited jog as he neared the group. He smiled wide as he neared them, especially to his... son. Which, he would admit, was an odd change, and one he had taken some time getting used to. Indeed, it was entirely unexpected for him to become a father so soon. And still, he found himself more then happy. He crouched down next to his son and smiled.
"Hey there, Bud. Who'se your friend?"

Zwart and Gwyn both dove for cover; to them Trawz was a sin against nature and also very, very dangerous.
Daichi was tackled down by the small speeding blur of carmel, in which he soon realized was Darrion's dog. Darrion had been gone so much that... He wasn't considered his father.
Nauticah grunted slightly, and crossed her arms. "You'll see when she comes...but...meanwhile..." She left Silverah's side and went to greet her boyfriend.
...who she was rather pissed about.
"What, may I ask, are you doing here?" Nauticah mused at Darrion. Daichi quickly caught onto her tone. He stood up, pushed Trawz off, and then picked up the ball and started to walk away.
"Um... Darsais? Let's...go over here." He said. Zwart and Gwyn dashed over to the two children.
"Can we watch you two as well?" Gwyn asked.
"Yeah, we'll keep the psychotic furball of glee away." Zwart added.
