I don't think anyone has yet posted any pictures of their tools, so here are some pictures of some of my tools:

My altar cloth
My candle holders
My cord
My wand
Close-up of the carving on my wand

The "S" on my wand is for the first initial in my Magical name.

Heh, good idea! whee

I really love your altar cloth... So shiney! <3

Here's a couple of photos of my altar, and various tools. But, since these were taken I've aquired a Goddess bowl. I found it in the depths of our pantry, actually - seeing as our house is an old villa, it would have been from previous people. Probably from about the 70s...

But, you get the general idea. xp

I still don't particularly like your athame Jess... Meh. I really just wanna find a really good athame... Nothing I've seen online seems to fit my ideal.

I actually follow more of the wittan way of keeping it simple. I don't use most of the traditional altar trappings. When I practice outside, which is the usual, I mainly only use one of my athames. Yes, I said one of them, I collect them, and as of this posting, I have 5 of them.

I don't use an altar cloth. I'm too afraid it will catch on fire. I do use a slab of marble tile courtesy of the Home Depot store as a base. My chalice is a hand-thrown ceramic bowl. I actually have a small, honest-to-goodness cauldron. I picked it up through the website, www.pyramidcollection.com. I don't know if it is still available for sale through that website. Renaissance/medieval faires are great ways to actually pick up swords and the like. I actually have 5 blades, with 2 of them used in ritual. All of my blades are combat-ready. I also use a staff at times. It used to be my brother's karate bo. He stopped karate, the bo gathered dust, and I took it with me after he left it at home. My pentacle disk is a flat rock painted black with the pentacle painted on it. I actually use those little candles that are sold in stores as chakra candles. They're small, give off good light, and burn cleanly.

I also have a variety of animal statues on my altar. They range from M. Pena dragons and pegasus to a rubber/plastic humpback whale. I like to keep a variety on my altar at all times.

My handmade cermic tools jut came through their second firing (the one to dry the glaze).
I'll post pictures soon, but for now I'll just describe.
My pentacle i basically just a clay pentacle made out of 'ropes' of clay and lazed brown.
My athame is also an incencse burner, and glazed a pale, foggy green.
What I'll be using as a chalice is a small pitcher-ish thing with a handle, lightly glazed black. And I have a tiny candle holder for one of those chakra candles they sell in stores that Oshun mentioned. Glazed brown.
And there's a little plate that the candle holder sits one, with kind of wavy, crimped edges, glazed the same foggy green as the athame-incense burner.

There is so much annoying noise produced when people speak just to fill the silence. Ever considered not speaking, when you have nothing to say?

Speak ye little, listen much and all that jazz... ?

P.S.: Double posting. Seriously, the rules are simple, logical and not in any way intrusive.
