As Marcus wanders towards the cafeteria, he picks up the smell of school food...."Great, another day of stale, overcooked school Lunch" he mutteres under his breath. He walks into the cafeteria, and looks around, asking himself what he wanted for lunch. "Meh, Pizza Sounds great right about now!" Marcus Grabs a slice of Hawaiian, and walks toward the usual spot where he eats lunch, which happens to be the stairs. He usually eats there, alone, reading a book or something. But before he could get there, he noticed Rachel sitting all by herself, apparently waiting for something, or someone.

"Hey Rachel!" He called while walking over to her. Reaching the table, he asks' "You mind if I sit here?"

Lynn runs in holding her books close. She looks back once and a while with a frown then distractedly sits down next to a complete stranger that only slightly resembles Rachel.

"I can't believe the nerve of those guys. Rachel..." she turns and notices it isn't who she thought it was. "Oh!" Her eyes widened, "I-I thought you were someone else...I'm sorry..."

Sees Rachel and sits next to her, too distracted and embarrassed by her blooper to notice Marcus.

Jumping, she is caught off guard by Marcus and his question. She also realizes she didn't even bother standing in line.

"Oh! Umm...Y-yes...I-I am...thank-you..." She said, her all too familiar blush blossoming into a bright rose. Lynn slowly took the plate and began eating. Her movements were slow and careful for the fact she didn't want to look like she was too hungry, though she really was.

The pie now gone, she started eating off of Rachel's plate, and avoided looking directly at Marcus, fearing she would blush much too noticeably if she did. She decided to let Rachel answer the question...

Marcus looks at Rachel with a strange, twisted look on his face. "I was planning on paying for the three of us anyways" he said with a serious tone. Looking at Lynn, he askes "Are you alright? You haven't looked me in the eye all day...oh wait, let me guess, I've got pizza on my face?" He wipes his face to find that he did. "Oh...oops" He laughs. Then he leans down to Rachel, and whispers "Do you think if I asked her to a movie friday she'd go?" He looks at his watch, and stands up from the table. "I've got to go to the library for my next class, I'll meet you outside at...say, 3?"

Typing away at the small laptop in front of her, Calista ingored the balefull looks sent her way by other students as they entered the computer lab. The class didn't start for another five minutes, but already she was working away. However, she wasn't working on any class assignment, having already finished all the work needed to pass.
Shunning the bulky computers that sat on each desk, she chose to sit in the back and use her own. Unlike school computers, her's had the programs she needed in order to work. The internet and the police data base, more importantly, needed constant checking to keep information about the mafia away from prying eyes.

Pulling her headphones down over her ears, she turned the music up to help her ingore the small conversations thet were starting up between the other students. Calista smiled to herself. There was no need for her to bother with them, and the teacher could do little else but watch her. This was how she liked it, and with that thought in mind, she went back to work.

Hearing the bell, and seeing Rachel Leave, Marcus stood up. "See you after school," Marcus said, watching Rachels Retreating Figure. He looks down at Lynn, still sitting at the table. "I will see you at 3....there is something I would like to ask you, but now is not the time, nor the place." Marcus reaches down, and kisses her hand. "Perhaps during our Ice Cream date. Goodbye." Marcus walks toward his next class, thinking to himself. "Why did I just do that.....oh well, can't go back on it now."
