The name of your character is a good name, its the name of my favorite charcter from the War of the Spider Queen series. I love those books. xd

That'[s exactly where I got it, for the exact reason. I'm reading Dissolution, I like it, my girlfriend likes it (she doesn't play D&D, but I'm getting her into the books), and he's my favorite character, at least so far.
I figured since they're the result of sun elves and demons, they could have elven names. And since I had spent 6 hours (bus ride from Hamilton, Ontario) reading Dissolution, Drow names were all I could think of hehe. Now I need to come up with a good back story. I think reading the novels can help play, it's the reason why I have so many scrolls and a wand, rather than spending my gold getting some sort of magic weapon. In the books, they often used scrolls and stuff...especially the priestesses, since they couldn't use their magic heh.
Have you ever read the Hunter's Blades Trilogy? I saw it at the book store, and I was wondering if it's any good.

I love those books I'm on book 5 one more to go before I finish it, my secound fav charater is Valas Hune. He rocks, he is teh uber ranger. And yes I have read the hunter blade trilogy. It is very good, I have the last book the rest I rented from library. Drizzt is cool, but doesn't reall think things through he jumps to to many conclusions with little information. And Pharun dose rock, he so smarmy. whee

Hmm...just a suggestion to Jeron when he has himself a modem and can read it,(and other people wanting to submit characters) if he's still new to DMing, he may not want to go with a large group like Blood's campaigns. Since CRs are based on a 4 player party, you have to know how to adjust, and make up for having a larger group. So, he might want to stick to 4 or 5 players for now.

And since he has your character's name, I'm going to bet he got your char sheet. Unless you told him your characters name first.

I was going to go with smaller groups, but jeez! Did you see how many people submit characters?? I figured it would be easier (for me) to go up to 8 players than run 9 campaigns wink It takes a little more work, but I'm used to fairly large parties in my table-top games as well.

yeah. You have alot of DMing experiance, which is why you can do it. Big groups still does have it's umm...flaws, like the fact that you have to use bigger monsters means it's alot easier for a particular character to die heh, but if you have enough experiance, you can make up for it, and make the game still enjoyable. But I would certainly not suggest a newer DM attempt to run a good campaign with a large group of people. It is alot harder to do hehe.

ATTENTION: Jeron has recived his new modem but there is also another problem the DSL in the area for everyone is down. Hopefully it should be up and running again shortly, remember if you get to restless in waiting you can use your new characters to play with in the C.R.O.D thread.

DeathGod02 Hmm I don't know if you can afford them yeah, remember your starting gold is 6500. No, I mean the Book of Vile Darkness reference book, not the one in game. I have it in PDF, it has mostly just spells I'm interested in, though there are some interesting things in it other than that.
