Xumbra My mom is worried about me getting into a college. She thinks that relationships pull down my grade. This is why she's timid around them, Leiko.

So, I guess I'm the only one who has a mother that wants my boyfriend to sleep here, in my home, in my room, in my bed? "He won't stay the night? sad " But I think she's a little worried about him, he has his own apartment and she knows that students don't eat properly and such. Here, he gets what he needs. Good, healthy meals. I guess she's like me, wants to take care of everybody.

Leiko Aneko Mikusagi Leiko Aneko A lot of mothers seem to be like that.
My mom kicked my boyfriend out of the house once last year when I yawned after watching a movie. She was like, "She needs to focus on sleeping instead of being around you."
I was sitting there like, "WTF!?" My mom is all like "Are you sure he can't stay for dinner?". My boyfriend is really popular in my family. My mom used to be like that with the boyfriend I had when I was 14.
The boyfriend I have now, my mom is quite timid around. Is your current boyfriend different from the one you had when you were 14?

Oh. Storytime!
My calculus teacher wasn't here today, so we, the students, were waiting outside her classroom. My friend, who was crosstracking, came by and stayed with me. Eventually, we were transfered to a nearby teacher's classroom to stay for the remainder of the period.
Near the end of the period, the teacher called roll call and everyone's name was called except for my friend's. He started to ask who she was. Since we were both Asian, he first asked her whether I was her brother. Then he asked whether she liked me (he asked this several times). He later gave up, and the rest of the students in the class sort of poked fun at us.
When we were ready to leave the building at the end of class, this guy came behind us and asked whether we were boyfriend and girlfriend. I said no, and he asked why. "I'm not interested," I replied.
I just dislike how people just assume that people are together. After all, it's just want they want to hear.

People like to assume things. Especially teenagers. Sometimes I don't even notice I'm doing it myself.
Then I go back and realize what I did and feel bad.

Then I go back and realize what I did and feel bad. Yeah, they (people... in general... I assume they assume) assume you're heterosexual, they assume you want to marry and get kids, a house and a Volvo (that's just something we say in Sweden >.>; ), they assume you eat meat and aren't allergic to anything that's served, if you're asian, you eat sushi, if you're Swedish you're blond and instead of a dog you have a polar bear!

And, if you live in Stockholm, you think there are polar bears in north of Sweden whee My boyfriend, who just moved here from the north parts of Sweden, tells me stories about how dangerous it is to get your mail up there, you have to watch out for the polar bears! We all know it's a joke, and it's so funny whee
Well, I have heard some kid that belived there are polar bears here...
