Timor thought to himself, 'Oh and that day will come, and then we shall be seeing who has the duct tape...'
Timor snapped back to reality, "I was just wondering when the genin exams would be." he said as he took a seat in front of her desk. He was eager to form the cells so he could finally get to do something.

Kinami laughed nervously. "Well, that's the thing...I'm still working on it. I've contacted one of the jounin to talk about it, and we're working on the finer details. I'm hoping they'll be up soon...." She looked around, not making eye contact with Timmy.
((In reality, I'm hoping they'll be up within a week or two. Honest.))

Giglamesh walks, heavy footed, in to the kage's office. Then he bows on one knee head down with one fist also to ground. "Kage-sama i would like to know when the genin exams will be held, i have longe waited and been ready for them." Giglamesh while bowing sees the jounin in her office and can smell sulfer and smoke on him, siginaling gig that he is a blacksmith. He looks with adimartation as he to will become a smith but his first goal what he has been wating for some time for is to become a genin so he can reach that goal.

Kinami had been leaning her head on her hand, but as soon as Giglamesh walked in, her head slipped from her hand and banged itself onto the desk. "No bowing!" she shouted when he cowtowed in front of her. "If you do that again, I'll...I'll...! I'll short-sheet your bed and stick itching powder in your clothes!"
She took a moment to calm herself. Then she addressed his question. "I'm working on the genin exams. They'll be up soon."

Giglamesh gets a rather large sweat bead, as it has become very acustom to him to bow to those that are superior to those ranked higher than himself. "Understood." He makes afist with right hand and touches knuckles to his left palm and bows at waiste and turns and walks out. As he does he locks eye (as only his one eye can be seen due to hair) with Timor, knowing that he is a blacksmith as well a jounin which weilds a blade, somthing that he to will become And he leaves the office.

Kinami shook her head, watching Giglamesh leave. She waved halfheartedly, then sighed and let her head fall to her desk with a dull thud.
((Alright, people need to kick me if the genins aren't up this weekend.))

"Is this the Kage's office? I'm looking for the Kage." A girl asked to a random person that walked by. The man stopped walking and pointed at the end of the hall. "Thank you!" she says while bowing for the man out of respect and she walks away, entering the room the man pointed too.
"Hello...I would like to join the Academy at this village if possible." she said too the woman that was sitting behind the desk in that room.

Kinami looked up suddenly. "Me?" she asked, pointing to herself and blinking stupidly. "Well, you don't have to ask to join the academy. You just...go," she said.

Uchiau came up to the Kage's office and glanced around for a few short moments before making his way up to the door leading to the kage's workarea. Stepping through the doorway into the room Uchiau looked across to the kage's desk through his mask to what seemed like the Kage of the village. [God I've said Kage alot sweatdrop ] Uchiau looked over at the woman with a blank expression across his face, despite the mischevious look given off by his mask.
"If you are the Kage of Iwagakure, I have a message for you from the Hokage of Konoha..."
Uchiau reached into tool pouch and pulled out two scrolls, looking over their outer core for a moment he took one and placed it back in the pouch as he held the other one to the person behind the desk. Still maintaining his blank he wondered what she would think of the meeting to be held in Konoha with the other kage's.

Kinami blinked and looked up, pointing to herself. "Me? Well, I'm the kage, so I guess the message would be for me." She smiled happily, leaning forward eagerly. "Who is the current hokage? I heard that there was a switch...is it a guy? A girl? A muffin?" She paused. "Scratch the last part."
She was nearly bouncing in her chair. "Well, don't keep me waiting. What's the message? Is it good or bad? I don't get many messages or letters from the other villages, but I don't know why." She impatiently waited for him to speak.

Uchiau quirked an eyebrow beneath his mask at the kage's expression.
"The current Hokage is Akki Cerbi. The message reads as follows... 'Dear Kages,
I, the Hokage, am inviting you to one of the first hokage meetings. We will discuss any possible treaties, trades, and anything of the sort. The meeting will be held in two weeks, so the last day of this month. Hopefully this will be enough time for you to put a temporary replacement in if you need to. The metting wont be long, but I hope everyone can make it.

The 16th Hokage, Cerbi.' Would there be a reply you'd wish to return to the Hokage?"
He stared blankly at the over energetic Kage that sat before him, he wondered what was becoming of the kages being such youthful individuals he's rarely seen.

Kinami thought for a minute. "Well...I guess just the fact that I'll be there." She smiled. "Although, I might have a little trouble finding a temp, I'll manage. If anything happens, I can always let my little cousin take over and get a taste of the family business." She calmed considerably in the few minutes that her reply took, remembering that this was business.
She straigtened slightly, her posture correcting itself. "I'm sorry for asking so many questions, but someone made the mistake of offering me some sweet rolls." Her eyes glistened with humor.
"Thank you for the message. If you'd like, you can stay here for a while before leaving. I'd be honored for a ninja from the leaf village to stay and see what we have to offer."
She stood and walked over to an overflowing filing cabinet and rummaged through it for a moment. She exclaimed when she found what she was looking for, then returned to the ninja before her. "If not, take this as a promise." She held out her hand. In it, a light grey piece of granite sat docily on her palm. It sparkled brilliantly in what light there was around the room.
"I want you to take it, give it to Cerbi, and I'll be collecting it when I go to the meeting." She smiled as brightly as the stone did, closing her eyes to show her trust. "I'll be there."
