Topas gawked and cleared his throat. It was not often he talks or is around females, and here he is getting commented by the one he loved who also loved him.
"Thanks, Jini."
He leaned over and licked her, a traditional kiss. Sort of a first timer thing, the black ratel blush grew deeper as he looked up into the sky trying to be innocent; looking back at her now and again.
"What do ya wanna do now?"

The female blushed, looking down at her paws. "Well... We could just, you know... Hang out by the watering hole, maybe under the shade of a nice bush or tree... The ants on them acacia trees are pretty okay." She smiled just a bit, little tail continuing to wag.

Topas nodded. Perhaps he was moving too fast? Or maybe he was moving too slow? he smiled at her. "Alright, would you like to lead the way?" he asked.
Jini was beautiful, her fur, her eyes, her voice, even her presence made the ratel quiver with delight. She was all he asked for, and he found her.

"Alright." She nuzzled him, then waddled off, leading the way. Pleased she was, and she didn't mind the pace at which they seemed to grow closer. Not one bit.

Topas followed close behind. Perhaps this will end up as a happy ending for the both of them. Maybe he can finally settle down rather than digging everywhere, though he wouldn't want to limit himself too much. But Jini was so elegant, in her own way, that he would limit himself to even becoming a home father.
This was going to be intresting....how intresting? Very.
