Tis a very lovely character, yes! ^^ But like 'Tia said..I am curious to know is she easily manipulated? She's an elegant, beautiful, dancing queen..But tis very shy, and (I think this is what my mind said) may say things her peers want to hear..? And the question branded into my brain is 'Why does she dance? Is it an escape? Does she find herself in dancing if she finds herself lost? Is it her way to speak without words?'
Udda than that, this is a GREAT idea! ^^

She sounds adorable! Wonderful concept -- amazing excerpt! I really love how you fleshed her out pretty well. <33 A mi me gusta. (excuse my random spanish blurbs. *-* SOL tomorrow.)
For some C&C... You seem to have a fairly good grasp of what you want in a character, but all her actions, reactions, habits... seem to circle around dance. Yes, that is a great thing to have in the center of her character, but as any normal person does there are deep psychological ties that may have little or nothing to do with your main interest. Now, that doesn't really mean much, but it's a whole other side of the spectrum to think about and be creative with. n.n Just keep your options open and don't be afraid to over-explore! heart
