Yeah, our band has a lot of body work, like lunges and poses.

Not many bands around my hometown do anything like the DOWN-UP or FUNK. Some bands have their tubas dance while they march, but our band just marches except during halftime. This week was the "Time Warp" and we actually had to do pelvic thrusts. blaugh We also have a song called "BITE" where we dance in the stands.

Aryah *heh* the 'down up' thing sounds like something the guard used to do with their flags during cadences. I think it's cool your whole band does something, especially something so involved *nods* We don't do it anymore...It was for my Middle School and now I'm in High School. In High School for the cadence we say 'Wiggle it. Just a little bit. [high pitched]Woo! Woo![/high pitched]' 3 times and then 'Huh!' and we lean back. It's funny watching some people go too early for the 'Huh!' thing and they lean back when no one else does.

Cool (from West Side Story xp )
EDIT: I just realizd it... could we at least TRY to stay on-topic? Like, someone post a piccy or something. I would, but my senior pics aren't done yet. *shakes fist at photog*

Paint. I have a copy of GIMP, but it makes my head spin. There are some things that Paint doesn't do, unfortunately, that I wish it would, but these things are few and far between.

Heh.. choices. It's funny that you say that. See, my pictures got taken by a private photog (friend of me dad's), and the brick wall in the pic (that I'm sitting on) is right on front of our front porch. xd
