No I don’t think he is becoming soft. I just think he may see humans in another light then he used to because of Rin.

I think it is I have a feeling that this relationship he has with Rin is going to make him more accepting of Inuyasha and in the end the two brothers will finally understand why their father left them the swoards he did..I think it has something to do with that anyway. If sesshomaru learns to be more "human" it will change things between them. Though I don't know if that's a good or bad thing.

Rain Goddess Cutie I think it may be true. He spared Kohaku's life, isn't threating to kill Jaken anymore, didn't kill Kouga on the spot, didn't kill hakkaku or Ginta when they stood in his way, AND he is looking after rin.........who just happens to love him like a dad.........I guess......Or something like that. Rin really looks up to sesshomaru. I think he's getting softer towards humans. Not softer towards Inuyasha maybe, but humans. His soft side for Rin showed when he went to beat the snot out of Suikotsu for Kiddnapping Rin and threating to kill her. 3nodding So Yeah, Sesshomaru is getting softer.
I agree with you...i mean before he met rin he always
seemed so cold but now hes not...at least not always...

yes I think because his daddy said you will have someone you want to protected. Inuyasha has kagome his daddy had their heart mommy so he has rin heart heart heart

Sesshoumaru will always be cold calm and collected. But he's learning to axcept humans because of Rin, that's true. He's also beginning to understand his father's speach about having someone to protect. That it is a strength, not a weakness.

I guess not... He just likes Rin but not other humans... Its like he start love Inuyasha...
Like he once said: "I, Sesshomaru, Have nothing to protect"
and it was after Rin had been in group for some time^^
