"I wonder if this is the place..."
Hinote looked around as she came to the field on a bike she had back at the house. It was odd being home alone, but it wasn't so bad. Thank goodness for some of the company Yuu's pets gave her.
Gaia was filled with people everywhere, chasing after hopping easter eggs. O_o That just freaked the little girl out. That and the supposed "Easter Bunny" looked like something from the Terminator. She wanted to spend time outside, but not around the craziness in the towns.
Perhaps though, it seemed crazy to her since she never participated in an egg hunt. Hmm.
Her little communicon whirred by her side, and confirmed that this was the place. She nodded, and placed her bike out of the way, by a nearby tree. Note looked around, curious if she saw anything she knew. As curious as she can be, she was still very shy around people she didn't know.

From over by the prize table, one of the hunt workers flips on a bullhorn and speaks into it. "Alright, all you easter friends, the hunt will begin in just a few minutes, so finish up your coloring and come over here when you're done! Again, the hunt will begin in just a few minutes, so get ready!"
She flicks it back off, smiling as she looks over the park, trying to remember where some of the eggs are hidden. This should be fun...

"Oh we didnt did we?" Cian grinned and reached up to pluck the black tophat off his head. "What do you think i brought this for? To make me look better?"
Zoe's little fingers reached out for her fathers hat as it was held just infront of her. "We just have a more, creative, basket than is tradational thats all."
Looking around he smirked. "So Zoe where shall we start this littler adventure?"

"Nice ta meetcha, Angelus! And you too, Dameon!" he replies. Politest pirate to ever notquiteyet sail the seas, he was. "This is actually our second, but the first was kinda... weird. But that was the main Gaia hunt, and those're always kinda crazy, yennow?"
Kiana, listening to the conversation, can't help but add the question "So... what exactly is Dameon, anyway?"
But before the question can be answered, the speaker sounds, announcing the egg hunt is soon to start.
Solaris, not waiting for the answer to Kiana's question, quickly interjects "You wanna come hunt with us? Could be fun, and the more eyes out for those eggs, the better!"

"No, he's cute!" Kita admitted, smiling at the baby. Realizing she was forgetting her manners, Kita pushed herself to her feet and bowed her head. "He's very friendly. I don't mind."
Razito mimicked Kita's gesture. "Please don't apologize. No harm, no foul." His eyes kept flicking to the cute wolf-taur baby; he had a soft spot for children and it showed.

Sajhiri carried Rebecca into the park from the car and grinned broadly as the little girl made excited sounds in her arms. "Look baby girl! Lots of folks here looking for eggs!" She set the toddler down and found herself a shady spot to sit under a tree. "Now you go ahead and go over with the other kids, and when the people tell you it's ok, you can go find your eggs, and bring them back to me, and I'll put them in your bag for you." She grinned at the little redhead. Rebecca handed her mother her ever-present rubber ducky and her glitter and ribbon covered bag and clapped her hands before she trundled off over to the official table and cooed at the lady with the bullhorn "EGGGUUUUS!" ((Will be idlish on and off have to grab shower))

Kita heard the announcement and looked over there momentarily.
"Almost time, then? Alright, show me your bag first, Kita." Razito said; Akivara had asked for a full report when they got home.
Kita distractedly held up her brown paper bag, decorated with multicolored asterisks surrounding a colorful wickerbasket filled with many-hued eggs.
"Let's go, let's go!" She smiled at Graham and bowed again, waiting for permission to leave and go to the area.

"It's starting, come on!" Tiegan squealed, dropping an orange crayon onto the table and snatching up her colorful paper bag. She didn't wait for Elle, who was sitting nearby with her own paper bag, Tiegan was already racing over to where the hunt worker was.
Elle followed, picking up the silly bag. It wasn't as colorful as Tie's bag, all Elle had done was staple a dark purple ribbon around the edge. She stood a little way off with the bag hidden under her cloak. She wanted to see if any other teenagers were going to hunt, Elle wasn't sure if she was young enough.

His golden eyes blinked and, for a moment, his look was mirrored by the golden gaze coming from the wee one in his arms; a bit of awe mingled with something seemingly thoughtful. Of course, that thoughtful look was quickly replaced by a furrowed brow. "You had better not let any eggs eggs break in that hat, husband... Or forget that any are in there. I know how your hats wind up like bottomless pits; loosing things. I won't have the smell of rotten yolk in my house."
Zoe grinned, gurgling and waving her arms around, one hand holding onto that 'time piece' as if she were saying 'Time to go, da!'. Chesh's 'outburst' was taken for what it was; teasing care and nothing more.

The dog smiled sheepishly still rather embarassed that he had lost track of his charge. An antennae dropped in front of his face, but before he had a chance to move it back to the top of his head gGraham reached a chubby hand up and grabbed on to it, tugging lightly much to Kaels displeasure. He knew kids were curious, but he didn't want his antennae pulled. Gently disengaging the roaming hand he heard the announcement that egg hunting would start soon.
"Graham's - Graham is the boy, mother wanted him to be able to enjoy easter, even though he is just a baby. I think it is because she herself wasn't able to. She used to live in a very remote village in a forest." He held Graham's (undecorated yet) bag from his fingertips, and looked towards where they would soon be hunting eggs. "I have to help him hunt for eggs since he is too young to do it himself. Lets go," he finished and grinned down at the boy, then at the girl.

Lethe was seriously considering just leaving the babies and letting them do as they'd like -- survival of the fittest and all that, so what if Eden wanted to ruin her digestive system with crayons and all Raz wanted to do was sleep? -- when the sound of her name reached her ears. With a practiced smile and an expert twirl around, the Fa'e girl turned to see...
...Eh? Well, who was that?
"Poooooooo." Eden greeted the newcomer solemnly, the remains of an orange crayon smeared over her frilly easter dress.
"Keith?" Lethe guessed -- the only other with red hair like that was her aunt Skye, but the gender was all wrong (...nevermind the stories she'd heard.) Trying to reconcile her idea of Keith -- you know, her age, kinda scrawny, wooden sword -- with the.. the... teenager before her, Lethe suddenly felt like taking one of these paper bags and shoving it over her own head.
She didn't. "You look nice," She commented airily, beaming a more genuine grin at him before stepping forward in a loose circle around him to more closely inspect him. "A little.. feminine..." Her gaze strayed over his hair as she finally returned to her starting point, "But nice -- it suits you. (I think.) So, do you have parades of girls chasing after you yet?" She peered around him at the crowd that was quickly gathering, trying to determine if any of them had cameras and whether getting her picture taken with him would be good publicity or bad.

Dameon wagged his tail in the prospect of making new friends.
The fallen angel rolled his eyes but had a smile on his face the whole time. "There's a Gaia hunt as well? Oh! I didn't know that." he questioned out loud. There must be hundreds, no, thousands of events going on at the moment. He was glad Silent took him to a small gathering instead of a big one.
Angelus' eyes rose up at the question from Kiana. "Oh! I'm sorry. I should have much more informative. Um... He's a banthi. They're sort of cougar like beasts who live in the forest in a big cavern. There are many others. Dameon is the son of my mothers banthi, Demetra. Except that cougars don't have horns and well..." He poked Dameons horn which caused the banthi to raise an eyebrow at him. "He does." he chuckled.
At the sound of the announcement, his hands became clammy. He was a little nervous about the hunt and he wasn't sure why. He was all for adventures but he wasn't with Jiro, Aido, or anyone else he really knew.
He let out a sigh of relief when Solaris asked him to join the two. "Thanks! Sure! I'd like that a lot." He was feeling much better now.
Angelus looked to Dameon. "You ready to sniff them out?"
Dameon nodded his head and his tail wagged in excitement.
He took his finished bag into his mouth and landed on all fours. He joined the twins and waited for Angelus.
Angelus laughed. "I guess that's a yes."

"I'm not....and that was a complete accident that your collar got lost in the purple one." He grinned and gently fuffed Zoe's ears. "I'll make sure to turn it inside out after were done, no worries."
Chesh was right though, things did go missing in his hats. "I wonder if we will find any striped eggs..." He'd always wanted to make an easter egg that looked like his loves tail but had always figured he would end up being glared at for the effort.

"Okay. I won't take any of the really easy ones, those are for the young ones, right?" Kita bowed for the final time, waved, and started heading for the starting area, making sure she didn't get too far ahead. She didn't want to seem rude. "Bye, Razito! See you!"
Razito waved silently at the retreating dog-like girl, and leaned casually against the now-empty decorating table.

It's Kiana's turn to raise an eyebrow. "A... cougar? ...with horns?" She's never seen a real cougar, of course, but she's read plenty about them in the few books they've appeared in. Nothing good, either. But this Dameon seems pretty tame, so she supposed he can't be that much like a real cougar.
In any case, she doesn't want to miss out on the chance to find those eggs. She's heard there's some really great prizes, and, like Solaris, certainly wouldn't mind having that trophy.
"Let's go, then!" exclaims Solaris, practically bouncing with excitement. "We gotta hurry over to that table, or they'll start without us!"
